I had my first appointment with Michelle at Vale Nails and Beauty last week.
Michelle was very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere in her salon was calm and relaxing. I really enjoyed my treatment - facial, massage and Nano needling - Michelle talked me through each step, and I’m delighted with the results! The products she uses are top quality with very natural ingredients, which is important to me. I was very impressed her knowledge and professionalism … she even followed up with a personal phone call a couple of days later to see how my ski was feeling. I highly recommend her treatments and have made follow up appointments.

I had the most amazing experience with the deluxe facial, which included a jelly mask. The treatment started with a cleanser, followed by exfoliating, serums and a soothing mask; all tailored to my skin type.

There was also a wonderfully relaxing face and head massage, topped off with more serums and moisturiser to leave my skin feeling incredible. My skin has never felt this smooth and refreshed!

The whole experience was super relaxing, and I left feeling completely pampered.

Shelly is absolutely amazing! The massage is perfect, with Shelly always checking which areas I want to focus on and she is so thorough, really taking the time to work on my problem areas! The reiki sessions are always fabulous, with each session giving me a deep relaxation and meditation and I always leave feeling peaceful, centred and relaxed. I love the facial as well, so relaxing and the products feel amazing on my skin. My skin was so lovely after my last facial, I was glowing! Visiting Shelly is the highlight of my week!
