Very average accommodation.
Issues started at front door where the lock to my room was numb.
Upon entering I walk straight back in the 80's as the room looks very dated. Certain areas in bathroom not cleaned leaving me to enjoy previous guests doings at the toilet.

Stayed here for four night without any services.

Unfortunately I'd be looking else next time as there is a heap of other motels directly adjacent.

Staff member was lovey to deal with late at night, booking a last minute room on the road.

Room was nice and clean with very nice water pressure in the shower.

Overall just an easy place to book while on the road.

yikes this place was dodgy
unwashed sheets, holes in the door/walls, food leftover in the fridge from last guest, used towel hanging up, pee on toilet seat

Wow. The service is brilliant, very lovely owners, considerate and accommodating. Sometimes it’s not about the room because most have accommodated via air con, tv and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely but it was the attention we received that was warming and heart felt. My husband and I highly recommend this motel in Mackay.

Rooms are clean good location to pub over the road. No tissues ,toaster but no plates or cutlery so you need to have your own. Dont know about breakfast or restaurant as no compendiam in room. Would stay again if needed

Excellent service from Manny and the team. Rooms were standard type rooms but the shower was hot and great. Overall just a great experience and they couldn’t go enough. Thanks guys for everything 💜💜

Fantastic place. The most amazing staff. So friendly and went above and beyond when I turned up before the sun. Clean, comfy and a shower with good pressure.
Kids loved the pool.
I have been travelling to Mackay every month and this is the best accommodation so far for the value.
Will be back for future visits.

Old, run down, and I'm desperate need of a few hundred thousand dollars on it. The word "resort" is a complete lie. A pool does not a resort make!! Vinyl floor coverings and a bed on wheels made for a terrible nights sleep. No extra pillows, bedside lamps with broken bulbs, and for some completely unknown reason, an old phone book that had gone mouldy in one of the bedside tables. I would suggest lowering the price and being more honest in your advertising, and don't argue with your clients as soon as they walk into your reception area!!
