We recently visited Club Toowoomba and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive, which really affected the overall atmosphere. On top of that, the beers we ordered were flat and expensive for a club, making it even harder to enjoy our time there. We expected much better service and quality. We had planned an afternoon but left after 10mins! We won’t be returning and would not recommend

Yvette and Kelly are amazing to work with and nothing is too difficult. They can certainly assist with planning any major event and Today I attended their High Tea that was a Sell Out and I believe their Melbourne Cup function is as well. Club Toowoomba is certainly a venue on the improve, with refurbishments happening all over the place.

The food was good and very cheap. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was that the online booking system gave me 7 emails confirming the reservation and then when we arrived the staff didn’t have our booking. I’d recommend phoning them if you want to reserve a table.

A nice club, with good food. The lunch menu is great value. The chips are always really good.

Truely an awful experience. From the charming staff spitting on the step as we walked in to the barman being rude to the terrible food. Paid for a roast buffet and arrived to long dead chicken and some obscure Chinese dishes. At least we won’t get food poisoning given bacteria needs some moisture to survive - the chicken was that dry.
But on a positive note - the guy in the kitchen was trying very hard and was very friendly.
