If u want a large Japanese lady man handle u and not massage at all this is the place to go. I am totally discussed about the bad service I got when I attended my appointment. Rough and just poked fingers in my next for 30 mins. Didn’t get a foot spa as requested and I feel a lot worst after going to this place. Weather it’s the masseuse that needs more training or just close ur doors if that’s what u have to offer . Was going to ask for a refund but didn’t want to be petty about it. Not impressed.

Just had the beat massage (45 min shiatsu upper and lower body). Asami fixed all my aches and pains. I've had many massages everywhere in the world and this is one of the best and for the value. The place was clean and quiet...wouldn't expect anything less at a Japanese establishment of course. Can't wait to come back next time 🙂

I highly recommend it. The manager's massage technique is truly remarkable, as it feels like electricity running through manager hands. For those who engage in regular exercise, I would recommend getting an upper body massage. It is very nice.

The masseuse was super friendly and I liked how she asked if I had any pain areas. Price also good. Experience was ok. There were screaming children in the shopping centre that echoed into the room, so hard to relax. Too rough on feet. I had the Hasu; expected more of a head/face focus. There was no face massage and head massage was just standard for a full body massage.

My partner and I absolutely LOVE Cool Body. I highly recommend both Yuki and Yuko. Best to book a masseuse you know and love. I particularly enjoy a shiatsu or my new favourite, a hot stone massage.

I've been getting massage therapy consistently for a couple of months and finally got some relief from back pain after my first session with Noriko! They're very professional and worth going to.
My reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because they offer services they not qualified in. I did a reflexology session there and it was in no way reflexology. I know what reflexology is supposed to be like and this is not it. It was just a Swedish massage on the feet and legs. Other than that im very happy with them.
