Meal for 4. Took about 35 mins to arrive which is a standard wait. Fisherman's Basket is what I had and I can barely eat it all for under $30. It was good. All happy campers. Went home fed and full.

Hesitant to order Bangers and mash again after a recent meal had in town at a different venue, but ordered anyway and was so impressed. Good amount of gravy, great cooked fresh veggies , as well as corn on the cob and asparagus, nothing over cooked, very tasty popping sausages in a deep dish to really get stuck in. Highly recommended

Waited nearly an hour for my $20 chicken burger and chips. They forgot my order, and didnt even offer a discount, complimentary drink or anything of the such. Food was nice enough, but not for that price. Staff were friendly. Would be hesitant to recommend based on my first time visit.

Had a fantastic lunch today with a friend and we were both very impressed with the meals. The chef even accommodated my allergy to capsicum and adjust the dish for me. It was fantastic. 10 out of 10 for friendly staff, brilliant service and excellent food.

What a top little place.
The staff were amazing especially the young girl with dark hair...needs a huge pat on her back...yes she was at work but she looked and worked like she wanted to be there.
Meal was definitely a winner also.

Our drive over Mount Glorious brought us to Fernvale by lunchtime. We gave the small tavern a go but without any great expectations. We were extremely pleased to receive excellent bistro food as well as friendly service.
The lone chef did a great job to get out meals to hungry patrons in a short time.
We started with toasted bread and three delicious dips before the mains arrived.
My rump steak was tasty, my wife’s lasagne excellent, and two chicken parmigiana were enjoyed by our companions. Two of our party also managed to fit in slices of flavoursome baked cheese cake.
If you want an unpretentious but tasty meal then visit the Brisbane Valley Tavern in Fernvale.
