Quite sorry to write this review, but have to.

Called in for a walk in appointment and was lucky to get in within 20 minutes. Although Jessica was very accomodating and nice and we had a good chat, the service on its own ended up being disaster. I took brazilian waxing, did it after a long time so expected it would be painful. It took about an hour and the pain was unbelievable, but I have survived and was calming myself down thinking - ok it is probably because of the "long time no wax" reason.

Left with very irritated skin and still found patches of hair in areas I couldn't see on spot. Still said ok, that happens.. In the end my skin ended up being completely on fire for next two days like it was burnt and the third day it started all peeling off.. in the private sensitive parts, not a nice thing at all.. had it done multiple times before, but never had such a pain and really bad result.. so I decided to share...

Again sorry to write that, but brazilian wax here big no no... paid $50 cash and it wasn't worth it at all..

Jessica was the BEST! For starters, she offered to see me on her day off because I was in dire need of a wax which was very kind. She was super funny and comfortable to be around, you could tell she’d been in the business for a while. We had great conversion during the appointment and she was very thorough. If I was staying in Cairns more long -term she would hands-down be my go-to for all waxing services. Highly recommend!! Thanks Jessica! <3
