Scrambled eggs on toast were yum, hot and thick toasty. My oat FW was standard fare. Smorgasbord of food items on display is attractive. Service was polite. Good work!

Advertise that they open at 7.00am. I arrived at 7.40am for a coffee & snack before visiting my wife in ICU. Ordered a coffee, but was told there was no food available. However, whilst drinking my coffee, the man behind the desk firstly wheeled out a large tray of sandwiches, then proceeded to fill the counter with many other food items. These were all available beside him when I originally ordered, but he obviously couldn't be bothered pulling something out for me. I ended up ordering some sandwiches that were soggy. Pretty typical of hospital cafés.

I bought what was meant to be a ham, cheese and tomato croissant and asked for it to be lightly toasted today. The rude lady behind the counter completely flattened my croissant, gave me the wrong one and didn't understand the word 'lightly'. Considering I paid hospital prices, I am quite disappointed.

I ordered scrambled eggs and bacon. When my order was ready it consisted of one slice of bacon and what appeared to be powered eggs on 4 half slices of toast. By the time I got to my seat the eggs were that soggy it made the toast inedible. Would never order anything more than a coffee next time

Sloppy mushroom omlette $10.90. Raw egg throughout. Gross.

Rude staff. Never buying there again.
Lady staff who took my order forgot my order. Had to wait for almost 20mins and when i asked how long further it will take then she said she has not taken any order. I told them i might need to get the receipt next time to show them. No apology instead got the attitude.
Staff need customer service training.

Why don’t so called baristas regularly wash out the group head and handle so that each coffee is not passing through spent grains from the many coffees that they have made before. It is VERY disappointing when you pay good money for a coffee and it is terribly bitter!!!
