Tired of my bushy undefined eyebrows I decided to treat myself to eyebrow threading which I'd never tried before. I went to Zigbiz and I am so happy with the result. It's hard to tell straight away as the dye is a bit dark, but after a wash they are EXACTLY how I wanted them. Thank you Sara for listening to my thoughts and applying your knowledge to give me lovely eyebrows that suit me.

I had my hair eyebrows and facial done at zigbis today, my facial was amazing, would recommend to anyone.
As for my hair and my eyebrows, the hairdresser left colour all around hairline without scrubbing it, missed an area which is clear there is still regrowth. And my eyebrows were extremely uneven and patchy.

I have a worked in the hair and beauty industry for 10 years and I know this is absolutely not how you would let a client leave.

I am very unhappy with this service as I paid a lot of money and had to pay another salon to fix it.

I took the service of hair colour and dry trimming. Colouring and trimming was good but as I have curly hair, so I wanted to fix my curls using curl products, e.g- curl cream or gel and using fingers to fix the curls as like it is shown in other videos of other salons. But it was ended up by using just a spray and crunching and finally diffusing. This was my first visit in salon in Australia so I expected my curls to be fixed much better.

Visiting town and was able to easily get a last minute appointment for waxing and tinting with Sri. It was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. I wish I lived near zigbis so she could always do my beauty!

Called and booked for two people. One for eyebrow threading and another for only tinting. As per their website the pricing is $16 for tinting and $40 for threading and henna, you'd think for that price it would be for both Eyebrow tinting and henna however when it was time to pay I was charged $115.93. I was shocked so asked them to give the price breakdown she than proceeded to say that the threading was $17 by itself and the eyebrow tinting was $40 multiple by 2. I told her that was not the service we booked for, and that price is rip off for only threading and tinting. She was really adamant about her price so paid $82 although,for threading and tinting for 2 although when we booked we didn't ask for that. Never coming back here. Make sure to ask for price before they provide any service as this place is a rip off.

What an amazing service I received from Brittany !!!
I had had my lovely blonde hair wrecked buy another salon and I went to Brittany and she went above and beyond to fix my hair for me and it look amazing and cost half the price

I highly recommend this lovely team xx

Oh and the scalp massage and hot towel is amazing
