I've been to Zero Latency in Gold Coast and had a blast playing outbreak.

We went to the Birtinya one and it was unreal. Not only is it immersive and a heck load of fun for most ages depending on the game (we went for Far Cry VR).

Whilst half an hour might not seem long, I can assure you that you'll be buggered at the end of the session. It's a fun way to workout, that's for sure.

It was just the 3 of us for my girlfriend's son's birthday and I cannot tell you how much, that this is a MUST DO experience.

Excellent staff, fair prices, ample parking and great facilities with the latest tech.

Great VR experience with friendly staff, the game was excellent with good visuals and audio working well. However, we finished our escape room early and they did not honour what the website says that “if you escape before the hour you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the arcade games”. We finished in 35 minutes of our hour block and had to leave the extra 25 minutes early. Overall a good experience but for $49 I would like to have my full hour opportunity.

It was set up well! However for a 4 star vr escape room it was very easy finished it within 20 min. They did however let me an my partner play other games after completing the one we payed for! 7/10 arcade game and hotshot always a 10/10

OMG, Thank you so much, Paul. I don’t think we have had a better time doing something out of the ordinary in years. Not only are you and your staff absolutely unbelievably professional and lovely but the whole experience was mind blowing absolutely out of this world. I am so happy I came across your business. It has only made me small from ear to ear with excitement up to weeks telling people all about it but it is the fact that you have gone through so much effort to make your business Best possibly can be and it definitely is. I have travelled the world and this is absolutely a must if you are on the Sunshine Coast there is no Virtual reality Centre that even comes close. Thank you so much again and will be seeing you soon.

Originally my 11 and 14 year old kids and I were planning to visit a different VR experience on the coast. All their sessions were booked so we decided to give this one a try. It did not disappoint! I now understand the increased costs over the other venue.

Even though we arrived a couple minutes late due to traffic, staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even took a few photos for us at the end of the session despite us being the last group of the day and running about 5 minutes past close.

We played the free roam arena experience choosing the Singularity scenario. The difference in cost now makes complete sense. Instead of splitting your time into 2x 15 minute sessions, having a full 30 minutes allows you to become fully immersed in the environment. I even got a little scared crossing the narrow bridge because I'm terrified of heights. My son and I are now keen to test out our zombie survival skills when I can next afford to take us - perhaps for his March birthday.

While unfortunate not all other reviewers for this venue appear to have had the same amazing experience we did, I get the impression this is the proverbial exception to the rule and most likely the result of unreasonable expectations. Personally, I'm struggling to even find a suggestion for improvement. Thanks Zero Latency for providing a great family experience for me and my kids!

Me and my daughter use to go regularly and it was awesome, we went yesterday for the first time in about 12mths and were very disappointed. We did an escape room, mics on headsets not functioning so we couldn't talk to each other during game unless we yelled to each other, the audio through the headsets giving instructions on what to do were so low we could not hear what they were saying so virtually had to wing it as to what we had to do, very frustrating and disappointing, We told staff our issues afterwards and all we got was 'Oh sorry about that ' . Wasted our money and doubt we will be returning. We found out 2 days later via this google review response that there was a volume button , would of been good if we were told on the day

Omg so fun!!! I took my 2 sons aged 15 and 12 and we did the zombie one and I was so scared and screamed so much it felt SO REAL!!!! I couldn’t believe how scared I was, I loved it! Best thing to do can’t wait to go back and try all the other ones you can do.

Had such an awesome first experience at Zero Latency! The service from both employees Sage and Senan was fantastic! We did the far cry experience, which was so so much fun! I was quite nervous but the staff were very comforting and gave comprehensive instructions. During the game my vision became a little blurry from vigorous movement of my head, Senan was very attentive and paused the game so we could adjust my headset for a clearer experience. After we finished we were quite hot and sweaty, and were offered some cold face washers which were a lovely touch.
