Such a beautiful atmosphere as soon as you walk in! Relaxing music, someone there to greet you, all their visiting practioners business cards on display as you walk up the ramp and all the girls are so welcoming! Zenspa is amazing at what they do!

The atmosphere and the staff are absolutely the most calming and nicest place ever in town. I was lucky enough to get a facial there and I kid you not, almost put me to sleep! They always ask if you need anything to get more comfortable!

FLOAT THERAPY - WHAT MY BODY & SOUL NEEDED
I cannot begin to tell you how amazing I feel after my first float session at Zenspa Bathurst.
The last 5 months my stress and aniexty has been hightened to extreme levels due to life circumstances. I've also been suffering from muscle tightness on the left side of my body. So I needed an all round treatment and when Mel advertised her new float tank I begun to research float therapy.
Usually I don't do well in confined spaces so I was hesitant at first but remembered my philosophy 'give everything a go at least once'.
And I am so glad I did. It is true what they say, at first it takes time to get use it. I could really feel my sore pressure point in my body and realised I had more than I thought but by the last 20 mins my body relaxed into the treatment and I found myself nodding off.
I am now 6 hours post float I'm feeling so relaxed and my muscles aren't sore. Usually after a massage I'm relaxed but my muscles are still hurting.
Booked my next float for 2 weeks time and also booked my husband in for his first ever float as well. Men often hesitate when bookimg massages, so float therapy would be right up their alley.
Thank you Mel for bringing this therapy to Bathurst, it is a game changer ?
*Floated with lid closed and light off. Didn't feel claustrophobic but you can control the environment to your liking*

I have been Going to Mel for Massage for nearly 2 years now. The improvement in my body since I started going to Mel has been fantastic. There was so much tension and overtime the tension has def decreased. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mel to anyone needing a massage.
