I’ve had massages for over a decade, but nothing compares to the unprofessional and outright disrespectful experience I had at Zenith Massage Meadowbank.

From the moment I rang the doorbell, things felt off. I was met by a lady who said her name was Tina. She was extremely rude and clearly did not understand or speak English. Without even a greeting or any discussion, she abruptly asked for payment upfront. I complied, hoping the massage would make up for the poor start. I was wrong.

The session began with loud Chinese music blaring near my ear, which she refused to turn down. Tina then spent around 20 minutes just on my shoulder, using one hand, while the other was busy scrolling on her mobile phone. At times, she even placed the phone on my body while using it, which is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. She kept speaking loudly in Mandarin, presumably to her boss, from inside the room during the session.

About halfway through (around 30 minutes in), there was a knock at the door, and Tina left the room twice to deal with another customer - no apology, no explanation. Eventually, she left completely, and her boss came in and took over the session.

It didn’t get better. Her boss also kept her phone next to my head, which rang loudly multiple times with one of the most irritating ringtones I've ever heard. She too kept talking loudly to staff in other rooms and even picked up calls while working on me.

I walked in with a sore back and legs - I walked out in even worse pain, feeling frustrated, disrespected, and ignored.

Tina has no place working in massage therapy, and this establishment shows a complete lack of care or basic respect for customers. This was not just unprofessional - it was a total disgrace.

If this is how they treat people who come in with real pain and genuine need for therapy, they shouldn’t be in business at all. Feels like they only care about their repeat customers, and treat new ones as disposable.

Avoid at all costs. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

It is a clean and beautiful place , they do very professional massage! The staff and boss are very friendly. Definitely come back!

Oh, it was a very perfect experience that made me relax both physically and mentally. The masseur's techniques were very skilled and professional. She used hot stones for me, making me feel the warmth of winter. My whole body was very relaxed. I will introduce my friends to come here as well to experience this perfect massage experience. The boss, the receptionist as well as the staff are so polite, responsible and with good behaviour. The lady working on Monday is exceptionally perfect, well done

Zenith Massage Meadowbank.
No pain, no gain. All ladies including the boss in this shop have been trying their best to fulfill their duty and serve every warm welcome customer to the highest standard.
The massage felt totally professional, it was a really good massage, focused exactly where we requested in a lovely setting.
Seeing is believing. Thanks to all of you working at this shop. Well done.

I had the very best therapy massage in my entire experience. Staff is very friendly and respectful! Try to believe it
