I had a 2 hour lomi lomi massage with a lovely and very accomodating gentleman. Charles made me feel very comfortable and the treatment was very enjoyable and the oils used were great. Highly recommend! Thank you C.

Zen Spa Bar is the real deal.

Located right in the heart of Pyrmont, you won't even notice the Sydney Harbour views once you've gone for a massage at Zen.

I decided to treat myself to a proper massage for the first time in a decade, and now I'm not sure I could do without them!

Give Charlie a call or have a chat with the team when you visit. They worked with me to provide a hybrid treatment that was perfect for my tense muscles where it was needed, and still relaxing enough that I almost fell asleep on the table.

Zen Spa Bar is a safe, welcoming space for women (and blokes) and unbeatable value for money.

I can't recommend them highly enough -

especially because thanks to them I'm fighting off the best sleep of my life right now to write this review.

Charles has created a setting with the perfect ambience, from the tranquil music, beautifully lit or dimmed room with the climate set to suit you, in a wonderfully clean and hygienic setting. The attention to detail and comfort in this Spa is only eclipsed by the therapist himself. Charles goes above and beyond to ensure your treatment is professional and satisfying. I have had the pleasure of experiencing massage, body contouring and body wraps here and I’ve only ever walked out feeling amazing and relaxed. Charles is the consummate gentleman who never makes you feel less than your worth and his business and professionalism is what sets him apart from others. In a world where we have such negative body images of ourselves, Charles never judges and delivers amazing treatments that leave you fully pampered. Wow! What a wonderful find in the heart of Pyrmont!
I recently went for an infra red sauna followed by a shower which reminded me of being in a luxury resort (love the huge round waterfall shower heads.)
Charles provides an array of exceptional rejuvenating treatments and a friendly, professional service which is second to none. Definitely will be back and recommending Zen Spa Bar to all my friends. Also the perfect gift for someone special.

Naturally we've had our fair share of massage services but nothing that I would say exceptional...well until we started using zen spa bar!
It's been a few years now and both the girls and I are regular clients!
The absolute convenience and reliability of the mobile massage is unbelievable.
They’re always prompt, answers calls or replies and convenient.
Charles is hilarious and made all the girls feel comfortable, safe and most importantly he was professional!

Some of the girls prefer a sports massage while others relaxing one but all have said that the results are amazing.

I had a 90 min deep tissue massage. The room is beautifully fitted out and the massage table is very comfortable. On par with some of the best day spas I’ve been. Charles’ technique is fantastic, he incorporates reflexology and has a very targeted approach to each muscle getting all the knots out. I’ll definitely be going back time and time again. A little gem in Pyrmont.

The service was welcoming and considerate..Charles is a gentleman and a professional beauty specialist. My husband and I have had experienced his mobile massage service in the past years and occasionally I would visit this amazing spa space for the latest beauty treatments. Highly recommended.
