It's busy and bustling venue.
My coffee was quite good. I prefer plant based milks and they do a good signature brew but forgot my sugar.
It was so busy that I didn't bother going back to the counter to ask.
No eye contact from the girl serving me but polite. I find that to be incredibly rude. I know you're busy but I pay for your attention.
In the morning it's a combo of families, with children having breaky on their way to school and workers.
They have cheap breaky options that are average quality but like any franchise fast and furious and "will do the job".
Cabinet selections for on the go and a large variety of fresh coffee beans in many different roasted grades and flavors available for purchase.
Unfortunately it needs a deep clean.
Table bases are filthy all the aircon filters full of dust, dirt marks on the walls and panels, very obvious with the full sun blaring through the window.
If you have health issues and breathing difficulties it could be bad for your health.
Some attention to detail needed and a lesson in manners for younger staff when speaking to people face to face.
ACCESS 👨🏻‍🦼difficult and cramped with no auto doors or room to move. There is the drive through options for those of us with vehicles or assisted care.
NUERODIVERSE 🎧 Noisy and busy but free WiFi and some headphones will let you zone out. Outside of peak times it's pretty quiet.
For those that need a fix without the stess of going into the venue the drive through option at all thier franchises is the way to go!

Every time I come here i always have a positive experience and always order a smashed avo. They do the best smash avo’s here except the one I got today was really poor. My toast was burnt and I had hardly any avocado on it. Essentially burnt toast with no avo. Knowing me I’ll be back here next week with the same order. Please just make sure they are all up to high standards and not burnt 🙏🏻

Food was ok although felt microwaved rather than toasted as the pastry was abit soggy. Down side was that there were NO hot drinks because of a "fault" which could have been posted on a sign outside before we found a park and walked in. Once inside couldn't be bothered leaving although noticed a few customers did when told. Friendly enough staff but did ignore my question of a discount due to no hot coffee lol.

Came here to make an order after the other zarafas kept stuffing up my order.

Clearly explained the order normal Masai mocha with an extra shot of white fudge.
Then get clarification from the barriasta that that was what the order is.
So I replied in a plain monotone voice "yes that's what I asked for, I said it slowly so it would be correct on the screen."

His response was you don't need to have attitude about it.

It's pretty easy. Listen to understand not listen to respond.

Not bad service, reliable consistant coffee. The store feel like it needs deep clean, especially outside delivery window, it SO dirty
