Long waits for at gest average coffee. Rude staff. This place is not much better than Macca's but seems to think they have good enough products to be obnoxious. Avoid.

A great experience. Venue was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and polite. Food and beverages were yummy as always. With a drivethrough service available; what is not to like about Zarraffa's? I would highly recommend.

Always greeted with a smile. Staff are friendly and professional and give great customer service.

The range of food and beverages is great with many different types of coffee drinks, non-caffinated, hot and cold. The food range includes sweet and savoury, healthy and healthy for the soul.

The coffee beans are sustainably sourced and the company gives back to the growers and their communities.

The shop is always clean and pleasant to visit, drive through is a breeze. Whether dropping for breakfast, lunch or a snack, this place has you covered. And did I mention awesome coffee?!?

Ordered an open club along with 2 coffees and received a poorly constructed stale piece of bread with a smattering of dry chicken. Considering I paid for what was supposed to have diced bacon, mayo, chives, cheese, and roast chicken, this pales in comparison. The coffees were fine though.

First time visit was amazing, nice and cold air-conditioner in store, very clean and had plenty if seating options. I loved the variety of hot and cold drinks. The chai fusion was very nice though 😊.

Dirty chai and smashed avo just amazing as always. They do get busy in the drive through but clearly a sign of great coffee. Staff always friendly. Love the Zarraffa’s reward program too.
