I'm not coming to this Zarraffa's anymore. I've been burned too many times now. The final straw was when I ordered a ham and cheese croissant yesterday. I got to work and realised there was almost ZERO ham or cheese on it. The food here is so expensive, so it really felt like a slap in the face. I mean, someone is having a laugh right? Who makes food that looks like that and thinks it's ok? The coffee was also full of ice and tasted very watered down, despite ordering a double shot of coffee. Total waste of money. Do not shop here.

I’ve been coming here for many years now. The food/drink quality is hit and miss. Sometimes you’ll get a fusion with massive ice chunks and other times it’ll be nearly an iced latte. The upselling is beyond ridiculous - every item even when you try and say “that’s all”. The music in the dining room is very loud and the staff are always extra cheery. I suppose everyone operates differently. For the most part things are good

This would have to be the best place for customer service.
Each and every time we have been there, they are always so bright and bubbly, each and every worker always smiling and asking how your day was, definitely no half arsed customer service like the other ones around.

Visit this store every time we are down that way. Cannot fault anything the staff are so welcoming and always great you with a good morning and have a nice day thanks for coming when you leave. Love that they all phrase each other.. haven’t came across another store like this one my favourite by far. Keep up the good work..

Strawberry matcha fusion was a let down. The drink didn’t taste at all like matcha and the colour was a pale brown … not even a tinge of green. Tasted like a watery strawberry shake. Not to mention they gave me someone else order which meant I had to park and wait for this new hyped up matcha. Not worth the hype

The staff are fantastic. They're all polite, bubbly, and friendly. I have yet to have a bad experience with the service. It also helps that they make devine coffee with minimal wait times. If you're in the area they're definitely worth a visit.

We came here for afternoon coffee. I really loved the service from the staff. The coffee was hot and tasty. I ordered a muffin which was heated up and served with ice cream, whipped cream and caramel drizzle which exceeded my expectations. The only thing that was missing were appropriate seating for babies/toddlers or space to bring a pram.
