This Zarraffas can get very busy. We had our coffee inside the cafe, not the drive-through. Coffee always on point for flavour consistency. Ordered double shot flat white. Service was fast & staff pleasant.

Coffee rated as 8/10 by my partner. My iced chocolate was nice - very sweet, though. The spinach and ricotta rolls were very nice indeed. We sat outside as it was too noisy to talk inside when they were making coffees.

Lots of staff & was very busy at the drive thru, so we ordered inside. Service was fast, considering. Fusions were delicious. I asked the staff member for a napkin since they had run out at the self serve. She walked away & never bought me one, so I left.

I go to the Nerang drive through on most Monday & Tuesday mornings & get a large flat white coffee, the coffee is good but the staff need to be retrained in customer service, they are more interested in what they were doing the night before than to say good morning to the customer, than it’s here is the coffee with saying a word, this is not the first time this has happened. Not good service.
