The lovely lady in drive-thru this morning delivered our order with such great customer service and a lovely smile. Everytime we come here we’re always so happy getting served by her. I cannot remember her name, but she had a cat pin tag which is really cute. Their white chocolate fusion is always my go to 😄🤍

Quite often get my order wrong and don't like to be corrected. I literally have to tell them step by step how to make my coffee. No hello no thank you have a nice day just what can I get you, here's your coffee. Even a smile can go a long way "Sami"

Chain coffee, drive through is a joke. Person stands outside in the elements with iPad to take order, when you are unable to see the menu... Expensive overpriced coffee and food

I have visited Zarraffas in Edmonton many times. The coffee is good and in winter I like to sit outside and enjoy the view of parts of my home town. ~the staff have always been polite and helpful to me.
