The coffee is usually really good! I usually go through the drive-through, but I decided to go in this time. The girls working were having their personal conversations so loudly & the girl that served me was not nice, but blunt and didn't seem happy at all to serve me. Coffee can be good, but honestly, if your customer service is bad, then it just ruins the whole experience.

$8.45 for a tall (medium) vanilla latte. Oh my word this is the most expensive coffee I have ever bought in the entire world and I mean that. Even in Norway the coffee is less than this. Nothing fancy other then the vanilla syrup! Not even a large. I normally pay about $6.00 near work. Sometimes $7.50 at an AIRPORT. Zaraffas you are out of line.

I purchased a coffee from here one fine Sunday arvo while I was washing clothes at the laundromat next door, I came back and asked to use the toilet in which I was told I need to buy something to use the toilet, I explained I got a coffee and had just popped over to do that laundry.

The lady didn’t seem to believe me and was quite short about it. As someone who was a regular drive through customer on week days before work, I was very disappointed and will not come back.

Not been to one before and previously noted this one can be busy. Was buying for someone else as im not a coffee drinker. Only issue for me was they don't take your name and I found I had to listen intently for the type of coffee ready. (Again only cause I'm not a coffee drinker.) A few seated didn't hear the call out (probably too engrossed on chat) so a mic may have made it easier. I have seen the same situation at many other cafes. Seems though to be a popular Cafe so coffee must be good.

Asked if it was okay to use the public bathroom as I’m doing my laundry at the laundromat in the same complex - was told I can’t use it because I didn’t purchase anything.
A bit of a let down the business couldn’t let a resident access a public restroom after ex tropical cyclone kirrily, though lots of people inside charging phones and laptops without any purchase.
Never had an issue in the past when I hadn’t purchased anything and needed to use the restroom before this weather event.
