Great service from the team at Zarraffa's Deception Bay. My orders have always been correct and wait times haven't been excessive. They have a lovely team there. Drive through is reasonable - a little tight as most are, however still able to get through easily.

I've come here basically every morning since becoming pregnant. Staff have always been friendly, especially the men in drive through. Even my 7 year old comments on how nice they are to us.

I don’t normally go out of my way to write reviews however as I find myself driving past my local Zarraffa’s to get my morning fusion from Deception Bay I thought I would. I love o can go not get stuck in a line for 20 mins. They are always quick and great service. I have had the owner serve me as well as the staff and always exceptional service. My coffee hit is always perfect. I will continue to come to the Deception Bay Zarraffa’s.

Usually they are good but the past few month's, I've been getting my ice mocha that look and taste like ice latte and they don't put in the extra shot of coffee I asked and paid for. Zzz

Absolutely incredible zarraffas! Went through the drive through and got a few drinks one of which almost always gets messed up but they made all of our drinks perfectly and I think it was the best tasting coffee I have had in a long time, thankyou to the amazing workers!
