Ordered my drink through drive through, young lady on the other end was really nice but kind of talking over me when I ordered, so had to correct her when she repeated what I ordered - no biggie.
Paid at the window and get asked again if I wanted whipped cream, yes, again. Get handed a Mocha Fusion without cream, and I think it was vegan too. So again, I said, I ordered a Creme Chocolate Fusion… then I got handed a Creme Choc Mint Fusion, at that stage I just gave up.

Wouldn't recommend unless going drive through. Counted about 8 staff but all ignoring me at the counter and prioritising drive through. So stick to the drive through if you want good service. Food was average, the drinks ok but a bit watered down for a smoothie. Would recommend sticking to coffee

Honestly this has set my day off I don’t know how hard it is to make the order right I ordered a ice oat latte with caramel syrup and I’m lactose intolerant not only that I ordered extra caramel shot as I recieve a ice latte with full cream and no caramel shot like can you get it right everyday if not just close down

Thought I would give zarraffa’s a go, never again. I got a flat white coffee, a coffee and white chocolate frappe thing and banana bread all of it is disgusting. I love coffee but this coffee was just gross it would be in the top 5 of the worst coffee’s I’ve ever had. We threw the frappe out it had a chemical flavour to it which was disgusting and the banana bread had a fowl flavour to it. Not impressed.

Drive thru is faulty today, the staff kept serving one lane while keeping us waiting in another lane, no one responding on speaker, the lane got crowded, had to get out of the lane to not be late to work. Not sure what went wrong but was definitely frustrating to get stuck with no service. No signage if the lane wasn’t working. Needs to improve.

I have never had a bad coffee from this establishment and I am very picky about my coffee. I have even ordered on different days and at different times through the drive thru. Keep up the high quality and consistency regarding the coffee standard. Staff are friendly as well.

Their closing times are really inconsistent. All their drive thru stores close 9pm except this one. Didn’t know so pulled in to the drive through just before 8pm (7:54pm to be precise) and was told they were closed. Will go elsewhere.
