I have become quite a fan of Zarraffas coffee lately as they have definitely improved on the flavour. Also love the fact that they don't close at lunchtime like most other coffee shops. The only problem I had with this branch was that it didn't hit the mark on strength even with the double shot ordered. Staff were great & we were served quickly.

Went here today with my family for lunch and all tables were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. Very inappropriate music was being played over the speakers which was not appropriate for my child to hear. Enjoyed the food but overall not a great experience.

The staff here are lovely and efficient.
Well they where.
In the last 30 days 10 orders wrong.
I know first world problems.
Go through drive through get up to bundamba by the time I am able to have a sip and a bite of the food I order.
Turn around go back.
No care given about the fact that the order is wrong and that i have now had to turn around and get it fixed or I can keep going and just have what I am given not paid for.

This place used to be great.
The influx of poor attitude new staff is apauling.

If this was my business I wouldn't have one.

I ordered the ham and cheese croissants. The ham and cheese only covered half of the croissant which was slightly overcooked. The chai latte was nice
