Very much enjoyed coming in today. The car park although had a vulgar smell just outside the entrance. 1 table wasnt cleaned off but It was packed today at 9:50am. I was able to be served within 30 seconds. I found a clean table to sit out with my friend. The HC Croissant was well toasted through. The Mocha Fusion was made to perfection 👌. There was 8 staff on shift. Looked like they were communicating efficiently and not engaged in internal conversations. The order was taken carefully although the staff member was soft spoken she even asked for our Z card. Very respectful. My friends order was also similar and made great ! Thankyou for your service will definitely come again! 🌟

You should be able to smell Kenyan coffee beans before walking into the establishment. Unfortunately I couldn't even smell coffee at all being inside. Had a 3 shot grande (posh name for a large) and very disappointed. I've experienced Kenyan coffee on a personal note and this isn't it.

New Asian lady is weird and mean. Tried to grab my food from her and all she did was pretty much hug it and stare at me for more then a minute.. really uncomfortable.. and everything I asked for was wrong like toasted banana bread.. didn’t toast it and I asked for less ice in my caramel fusion so she put way more then even the normal amount. Some women hate other women because they thank to much and are too nice out of jealousy. You need to fix yourself. Just because I’m nice.. doesn’t mean you can step all over me. Being nice doesn’t make us weaker then you.. it actually means we are stronger.

This Zarraffahs must be one of the best I've been too. Shop is tidy, staff were friendly and we got our drinks easily. There is plenty of parking too which is great as sometimes at other venues it's hard to get a carpark.

This place has been my local for over a year now and I can no longer justify spending $7.75 everyday for inconsistency. The staff turn over in this place is insane and that tells me they don’t look after their people. All the good baristas and workers have left and there is only a couple left. From now on I’ll be poking my head in store prior to engaging in the drive thru to see who is on the machine. It’s a shame because the Beenleigh store run by Nathan is legit, I’ve only ever had good experiences there and you can feel the energy that Nathan creates, it looks like a good environment to work in, so to summarise you are nothing without your people and you will lose all your regulars unless you start looking after staff, because unless there is quality and consistency I’m just going to drive to Beenleigh everyday.

I would like to commend the staff for their lovely service during my recent visit. However, I found the pricing to be quite high for just a tall coffee and a bagel. Unfortunately, my coffee came with full cream, which I hadn’t requested, and it also lacked the extra shots and caramel I was hoping for. As a result, I was unable to enjoy it, especially since I picked it up before my meeting.

Love the drive through service. Yummy cold fusion coffees made fresh and with such high quality ingredients. So glad this is my local. Friendly staff too which is an absolute bonus.

Crappy service and crappy food/coffees. When they get the order right it’s nice coffee but they never get the orders correct. They care more about their hair and nails instead of doing their job! Overpriced rubbish.
