I have been wanting to visit Zadig for a while but it just hadn’t aligned.
Last minute idea this morning I booked myself and my husband in for a session, and had an ocean swim after.
Zadig didn’t disappoint. A friendly welcome and induction, efficient check in and peaceful surrounds all contributed to the experience.

I was booked in for a sauna session. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I received a warm welcome which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. The studio itself is gorgeous, and the sauna was fantastic. I love love loved that you have your own room including shower. I will be recommending Zadig Studio - Newcastle to others and will be back. What an amazing place. The staff here are welcoming, the place is calming, the saunas are roomy and I loved that if u run out of water put it outside ur room and the amazing staff refil for you. Each sauna has its own shower, very private and super ling sessions. Next time I'm in town I'll be back multiple times. Thank you again!

Extremely relaxed and calm environment.
Extremely clean and Maintained.
Staff were lovely.
The opening hours are very catering for the public especially after a days work.
I would recommend the infrared sauna package.

From our first interaction on the phone until leaving our appointment this was an incredible experience! Staff offered to text photos of the sauna area so my Husband could gauge whether it would be suitable to access in his wheelchair. it looked doable for him so we booked.
warning parking is hard to find nearby if you're looking for a flat park like us but even though we were a few minutes late the Staff member was totally understanding about our situation.
The room is narrow and we found it worked best for my Husband to back in to the room. My Husband can weight bare for a short time and I was able to assist him to step in and sit in the sauna without issue. The sauna itself was fantastic! we had never used an infra-red sauna before and would highly recommend giving it a try. we are feeling amazing after the experience.
we decided not to risk trying the shower for my Husband as it was up 2 stairs and our hotel was close by to return to for a shower anyway. I did use it afterwards though and it was a lovely rain shower with soap provided. if you think the shower isn't going to work for you just come with fresh skin, no lotions or oils etc.
Upon leaving the staff member offered us water and recommended her favourite accessible breakfast spot... honestly the whole experience was above and beyond what was required!
she also let us know that several staff members have experience in the disability/medical fields so are very accommodating of extra needs.
we're sad to return home after this experience! 10/10 recommendation if only for the Good Vibes and awesome staff member but the Sauna pretty damn good too!
