My favourite is the Zaatar with veggies; nice crispy and thin bases . The meat and cheese is also tasty and good portion (see that it's filled to edge)
Service was very friendly although could be better at picking up the phone for a takeaway phone order haha 😂

Beautiful atmosphere, very clean, delicious food and fantastic coffee taste. Stuff is always positive and very friendly. Would recommend adding a bit more variety to the breakfast menu.

I’ve been to many places that serve manoosh, but this restaurant truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked dough and authentic spices hits you — and you just know you’re in for something special.

The menu has a great variety, from the classic za’atar and cheese to more creative options with sujuk, minced meat, and even vegan toppings. The dough was soft, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the edges — just how it should be.

What really impressed me was the freshness of the ingredients. Everything tasted homemade, full of flavor, and made with care. The staff were friendly and welcoming specially the Assyrian man who works there very friendly the best , and service was quick even during busy hours

I flew from Melbourne to Sydney just to dine here and I would do it again in a heartbeat. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for something extraordinary.

The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between refined and welcoming no pretension, just absolute class. Every staff member exudes genuine warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge of the menu.

The banquet’s were out of this world! And the young man “Raf” who made my coffee just effortlessly made me a coffee that made me forget about any coffee I’ve had on collins street.

Now, the food. Every single dish was an experience: bold, balanced, and beautifully presented. The kind of flavors that stop you mid-sentence. Ingredients were clearly chosen with care, and the creativity behind each course was nothing short of world-class.

This isn’t just a meal; it’s a memory. One that justifies the airfare. If you’re passionate about food, this is not a recommendation it’s a mandate. Fly for it. You’ll thank yourself later.

Wakeley was in need of a manoosh place, and I'm so glad they have opened Zaatar and Zaytoon. The atmosphere is inviting and perfect for catching up. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service. The food is exceptional, with every dish bursting with flavor. My two favorites are the meat/cheese and peri peri chicken. They also serve great coffee made from Campos beans!

I highly recommend checking out this new gem in Wakeley.

Staff are lovely! The coffee is fantastic. I got the zaatar (oregano) roll with veg, and it was freshly made and tasted delicious. The prices are very good as well. Highly recommend this local cafe.
