the best facial i got so far. It’s very clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Helen was amazing!! Her hands were so gentle but at the same time, she extracted all the gunk out of my face. My face felt clean after the facial - you can actually feel it.
Love the small chats, nothing intrusive as i was able to relax as well.
Highly recommend this place. I think i found my go to facial place 🙂

I got my first ever Brazilian wax done here and had Eliana! She was absolutely amazing, super inviting, and sweet, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable for me. Massive props to her for making me feel at ease the whole time and was so professional and kind. It was also nowhere near as painful as I had thought. Can’t recommend her and the YWAX team enough 💗

This was my first ever experience of having a facial, plus a brow wax and tint and wow! I was really taken care of by the lovely Rhonda ☺️ she was so kind and friendly and took such great care of me. I highly recommend this Beauty Parlour ❤️

I’ve gone here multiple times and have had little to no issues with each of the wax technicians. Always been seen on time and they even have 20% off on Mondays for body waxing. Highly recommend for anyone in the Parramatta area looking for a consistent and good experience.

Just had my 11 month old baby girl’s ears pierced and I must say the way everything was handled was amazing ! I was scared more than my daughter tbh but the staff made my daughter and me, both of us feel at ease. Shoutout to Aliana for the way she handled the entire process so smoothly . She was super empathetic, gentle and professional. The piercing took like a second and it was all done . Highly recommend this place !!! Thank You Aliana 😊😊

This is the only place where I get waxing and facial treatments done since the time I am in Sydney. All the staff treat you very well. Helen, Katie both are awesome. Katie is very patient and doesn’t hurry up in finishing the things. She knows exactly what to do with your skin. She has very soft hands and is very gentle with your skin. She is super friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Ywax.
