I can Honestly say that my experience at Your Sanctuary Day Spa in Paddington

was excellent.

In one word - HEAVENLY

As soon as I walked in through the door I was pampered, relaxed, and treated as if I

was a Hollywood star.

I work in a stressful position, always on the Go Go Go !

and the staff were all professional and very helpful with all the treatments and

services offered , and the ones I had purchased...

No Hype, and superficial treatments.

I have had back a few times now for treatments from Your Sanctuary

Day Spa including hair cuts, facials, massage, body wraps , Liposuction treatment , I

have purchased face creams and even spent time at the Café out side - what can I

say - It is a true Luxury Experience, and all the claims actually work.

These people really know how to treat their customers, with respect

and as if each was a V.I.P.

That's how I feel every time.

I'm glad I heard about this place - well done !

I recently had a waxing job done at Your Sanctuary Day Spa, and I was so happy with the results. The calming atmosphere at this venue certainly made the waxing experience less painful, and Robyne and her staff more more than happy to help me out with wonderful coffee and chocolates. This day spa is absolutely outstanding and in my opinion is the best day spa that both my girlfriend and I have experienced throughout Australia and across all our international travels. As a bloke I often find it quite embarrassing associating with day spas however to my immediate surprise I have never felt so comfortable talking about my body wrap treatments. You are made to feel so comfortable from the very first moment you walk through the door to the very last foot out the door, you feel not only at home but truly serene. The most incredibly gifted, polite and professional team attend to all your possible concerns in the most respectful manner. Now my brother in law and I attend and soon my sister and all her friends will be coming along to experience this outstanding and world class spa. I have never felt so healthy and good about my body following my treatments but also the one on one consultations and advice from the professionals on how to best target and treat my own concerns. I am so happy I came here and this spa is the only spa I could honestly and truly recommend to blokes, couples and any other person whether it be male or female who cares enough about their bodies to want to pro-actively make a difference without compromising professionalism, comfort and high level standards.

I bought a spa package for my wife and she was horrified when she found out how much I paid for it. The place is in urgent need of facelift, the place looks old and run down. The towels which clearly have been washed many many times, so they were not the nice fluffy ones you get at other spas. She had a facial which didn't include an exfoliation, but instead cream after cream after cream. Package also included an eyebrow/lash tint which was a bit of a joke. Overall she was not happy and she would recommend a lot of other spa venues before this one. Rip off.

I have just completed 6 body wraps and 2 liposuction without surgery treatments and unfortunately the only thing that made me go back was the fact I had already paid and the lady who wrapped me. I understand the building is heritage listed but it is not day spa worthy there is an old spa bath and no where to place your items where you get changed, you are then put into reused suits that smell like someone else's odor every time then once you are wrapped you have to sit in chairs that hairdressers use to wash your hair while people walk past you constantly... Definitely confronting to experience... I put up with this because I truly believed I would loose weight and even though on paper I lost over 120cm I didn't loose one kg or notice any change in my clothing... I had also asked for early appointments only to find on multiple occasions this time slot was taken by the owner which is disheartening seeing as I was the paying customer... I then was also pressured into products to 'enhance' the treatments which was embarrassing every time I had to decline due to financial reasons... Very disheartening experience...

I booked a massage for my wife and paid in advance as it was a present for her. I had to cancel the appointment and gave more than the stipulated 24 hours notice. However they would not refund my pre-payment because "we don't offer refunds". So, in summary, because I paid in advance I was penalized.
