Wow what a company. We were undertaking a large house renovation however the builder didn’t want anything to do with the pool. After much research we decided on a concrete pool. We found Jack through a friend of a friend and decided to instigate his services to assist with the pool. He engaged the pool company for us to do the shell whilst his team did the plumbing, electrical, tiling, interior beading, fencing and everything in between. He listened to us and assisted where needed with decision making. His knowledge in the area was substantial and have no negative comments. His off sider Tom was probably the hardest worker I have ever seen. He was installing the plumbing in torrential rain and the block of land is one of the hardest he has ever worked on.
We do have a problem with the lights not syncing however Jack has lodged a warranty claim for us and is keeping us updated along the way. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

Jack and the team at Your Pool and Spa were great to deal with. We got 3 quotes and whilst Jack was competitive, it was more to do with his advice & guidance, and trust that we had in him to do a great job. The team were were respectful and clean, and the job was of the highest quality. The end result was amazing. We are very happy. More importantly 6 months after the job was completed, we are still super happy.

Your Pool and Spa have looked after our pool since it was installed some years ago. The team is terrific – knowledgeable, skilled, reliable and friendly. Via our regular pool service, the team (thanks Daniel!) takes great care and interest in looking after the pool and engaging us in that process, which we appreciate. They have also helped us out with several unexpected situations, including some emergencies, and have been similarly approachable, dependable and skilful.

In 2020, we were introduced to Jack and his team after a knock-down/rebuild. The only original part of the house was the pool which had been sitting without a pool filter for 1 year so it was a swamp.
Jack worked in conjunction with the landscapers and re-located the pool equipment with some new pipework, emptied & cleaned the pool and pool-deck.
In late 2022, we discovered we had a leak in our pool, so Jack arranged a leak detection specialist. The leak was tracked to a particular area where some of the original (1980s?) pipework was located (not part of the original scope). Jack's team had to dig and replace the older section linking up to the newer section that he installed in 2020. After completion, the team left our lawn in the best state they possibly could, replacing as much of the grass as possible.
Jack is always a great communicator - he has built a fantastic business with a solid team who are always respectful and hard-working. I trust Jack completely and he deserves every accolade.

The crew from Your Pool and Spa did a fabulous job renovating the internal of my old pool, basically stripping out the old layer and renewed with beadcrete, which made the pool looking luxurious and beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and professional (Especially, Kristie, Jack & Tom) highly recommended this company for any pool renovation works. Now my kid can enjoy the summertime in the pool.

I had been spending almost 6 months trying to get someone to quote to fix our pool. No business returned our calls or emails then I tried Your Pool and Spa. From the get go Kristy responded to my email immediately and was able to help and got Jack and his team onto our pool. All the trades from the demolition team to the tilers were an absolute delight to have around. Totally happy with our renovated pool and would definitely recommend!
