So much love and gratitude to Helene! An amazingly, truly loving, peaceful and welcoming space with such a kind and caring teacher!
Enrolled to do my Reiki Level 1 course after going through many emotions of self doubt and insecurity. But with the patient grace and safe space that Helene provides, I completed my Level 1 feeling rejuvenated, energised and so self assured that I know I'm on the right path. Just spent the past 2 days with Helene and reiki students re-visiting the reiki level 1 course, what a deeply enriching and nourishing space. Helene offers clarity and crystal-clear facilitation, and finely crafted teachings on this healing practice. A good balance of theory and practice, and learnings of the Reiki Principles, plus yummy morning and afternoon teas! I have been giving myself reiki these past mornings and feel the universal energy flowing through my hands with much warmth, leaving me feeling calm and connected. I did Reiki 1 training with Helene at her Yemaya centre. She is an excellent teacher with many, many years of experience .

She's relaxed and takes her time to ensure all students understand the material and also are seen and heard on a deep level.
We had a group of 4, and the group experience was wonderful for practice, feedback, deep connection, and understanding of the material .
She also provides ongoing connection and support for the group through planned practice sessions at her centre .

I am a health professional and we must offer evidence based treatments within a person centred care wholistic treatment framework. The level one Reiki course with Helene was designed to current practitioners standards with cultural sensitivity and trauma informed criteria. I did not expect it to work being in my view woo-woo, but I must state it does work and is still working a week later. Good job Helene and my colleague trainees. Do it.
