What a great experience. We arrived late after a cancelled flight and were very miserable. The gentleman working the late shift was so lovely and went above and beyond. Our room is quite small, but for short term stays I’d recommend this place. Free coffee in the morning and close to everything. Thank you and we will be back!!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the cute touches on the cushions. The Japanese style toilet was great. We enjoyed the spa and pool during our stay. Our only issue was noise from other guests slamming doors and talking in the hallways at night.||However it is the location of the hotel that can’t be beat for the price! A 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and the QVB was perfect! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in a difficult setup for me since Qatar Airways lost my checked luggage for the first 4 nights. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and they were key to setting my mind at ease and even allowing me to order the company in charge of the delivery to leave the luggage at the reception, so I could continue exploring the city. The location is also top-notch, just 5 minutes by walking from the town hall, which is a massive transportation hub, both to and from the airport and to make it anywhere in the city or even the surrounding area. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, but I cannot rate the stay higher given how dated the furniture and the bathroom were. At first, I even thought it was a lack of cleaning issue, but after taking a closer look, I realized that the cleaning was nicely done, but the marks in the shower show that a renovation is direly needed (check picture).|Overall, I would stay there again, since the hotel would be perfect with a renovation.

Let me start with the conclusion: Unless multiple people need to stay in a suite, it is not recommended in any aspect. For the same price, you can book a 4-star hotel with convenient transportation nearby.

1. Safety Factor: 0
When checking in, there was an issue with a ghost reservation. I was told that someone had already checked in, but the front desk confirmed that the room was vacant and the reservation was correct. It was eventually explained that the previous guest might not have returned the key card. Does this mean they could enter my room at any time? The room could not be locked. When I called the front desk, they told me that rooms in Australia are not locked. This raised more concerns. Sure enough, on the last day, a previous guest entered the room and looked at me in surprise.
2. Service: 0
There were no supplies in the room. When I asked if there was drinking water, the front desk replied that tap water in Australia is drinkable. While this is true, most hotels still provide bottled water.
3. Hygiene: 0
3.1 The bedding was visibly unclean, and my friend developed a rash after sleeping on it for one night.
3.2 The room was not cleaned during our stay. The "make the room" sign was still hanging on the door when we left and when we returned.

I really enjoyed the stay! The room was clean. Had a good sleep through the 4 nights stay. Quite random thing to say but I especially loved the towels! Bijay and Penny were really nice! I confidently recommend this place for a trip with friends and family!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. The bed was impeccably clean and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One of the standout features was the bathroom, which was modern and well-equipped with an advanced heated toilet seat and a water nozzle. This added a touch of luxury and convenience to my stay.

However, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The blinds in the room could benefit from sheer curtains to allow for more light control while maintaining privacy. Additionally, the soundproofing could be better; I could hear the doors of the neighboring rooms opening and closing.

Despite these minor issues, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!

Room was large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms however smelt musty and was in dire need of renovation. The kitchen was old with the oven clearly looking in an unsafe condition. Walls and carpets were badly marked and cupboard shelves were dusty. The whole room felt dirty. Bed was ok. Carparking is laughably tight and no good for anything larger than a small hatchback. Unfortunately wont be staying here again which is a shame as location is great.
