Had a fantastic 2 night-stay here. The hotel is strategically located in CBD and walking distance to shops, buses and train stations. There is a convenience store nearby and restaurants and pubs are close by so it was very easy to get around.

Thanks to the helpful and smiling staff who assisted us during check in. Hotel Manager Jandro was very energetic during check-in and checkout. He also gave us tips on nearby places to visit and eat.

We had premium twin room. Space was good enough for two and it was in a quiet area. It was cold in the room and AC was centralized so we couldn't change the mode. The night duty staff was very kind to suggest and delivered the portable heater for us.

Also appreciate the assistance of night duty manager Sabin L when we picked up our luggage past 9am. He was very attentive.

Overall pleasant stay and will book here again on my trip back to Sydney.

This hotel is in a great location, Chinatown, in Sydney. It is a block from the tram. It is clean, and hot shower. It is a very small room, pics make it more spacious. There is coffee in the room, no breakfast but you can buy a pastry downstairs. The bed is comfortable. We were waken up at 7 am by cleaning outside our room. It is a good option for a short stay if it is an inexpensive price.

I just arrived at this hotel, and I’m already impressed! Although I got here around 11:40 PM, Binay and the hotel manager were very accommodating and made my check-in smooth. The lobby is welcoming, and I can’t wait to see my room. Looking forward to a great stay!

I'm from South Korea and we stayed here for 7 nights. With my mom, and my sister. The location was awesome, you can just walk to most places. Also the room service was very nice. Sabin a Arge mostly took care of our stay and she was wonderful. I would like to say thank you to her. 가성비 좋고 깨끗한 호텔이었어요 한국인들도 만족할 듯.

Having had a great stay previous at YEHS CBD, we discovered too late there are 2 YEHS close together and this was a different...|Ive stayed in hotels all over the world, 5 star to 3rd world, this is the smallest box Ive ever had to endure. Maybe cheap central London/Paris were similar.|There is room for either a person OR a suitcase on the floor - not both. So the case must be on bed to use it. Then when case on floor, human has to be on the bed.|And the 2nd persons case, only remaining space was behind the door - which prevents it from opening.|Then, the air con had no cool, only heat (found out day 2 the hotel can only be set to heat or cool at one time). Windows are solid glass. ZERO airflow in what became a sauna. We sweated thru two nights with the toilet light/fan on to try pull some air thru. Had to cease our usual activities - simply too hot to continue.|Asked for another room, told they all similar.|Positives. Great location to easy walk CBD. Great black out curtains (but useless as had to leave light/fan on all night for air). Pleasant staff, but they couldnt help. Modern bathroom. Price ($210/n) was only slightly less than a real hotel where useable floor space would be twice the size.|In summary, a terrible experience, ruined the trip, and first time Ive genuinely meant "will never go back".

We had a fantastic stay at the YEHS Hotel. Jandro was a wonderful host, and a great laugh, helping us in every way. Sabin was very patient and helpful as well. Lovely place to stay. Great service.

The staff Binary at YEHS Hotel is exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment we checked in, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Special mention to the concierge team who helped us arrange a tour and provided excellent recommendations.
