I have stayed in a few caravan parks and I would have to say this is a very busy little caravan park. Amenities are extremely clean showers are hot. Water pressure could be better but it was hot so I didn't mind. Pool area clean an pool was good. One part was for my oldest and they have a small person part to. Overall I would definitely come back. Friendly staff. I love how the bins are tucked away so u cannot see them but easy access to them. They do not smell either.

The listing on Booking.com is misleading. There was no refund, and when I reached out to them, they directed me to contact Booking.com. However, they did not respond to Booking.com’s request for a refund. The listing showed rooms with beds, but the reservation ended up being for an empty lot. Once the booking is made, it cannot be changed or rescheduled. I tried selecting various future dates, but nothing worked. I do not recommend this listing—it’s a complete waste of money. For the same price, I secured a 2-bedroom house on Airbnb in Sunshine Coast. The customer service was terrible.

We stayed at Yandina caravan park for a few weeks. Our stay was lovely. Management was extremely helpful & friendly & we found them very approachable. All the groundskeepers we came across were really friendly, happy & helpful.
We were treated with kindness from the permanents also everyone was happy to give us a smile or say hi.
We got a caravan site down by the river. It's absolutely beautiful down there. Our caravan is very large (37 foot) & we did make it down & up the road without any issues but we did walk down first & made sure we were confident. I wouldn't recommend it, if you are not 100% confident & if you have any doubts, I also would only do it with a large caravan if you have someone outside spotting the driver the whole way. Amenities were spotless, Yandina markets are a must on the Saturday morning, The town of Yandina is only a short walk. 5 stars!
Thank you for a great stay!!!

Location convenient (and no other close options) however, general service level just acceptable and despite published policy re behaviour of guests/residents, when a virtual riot commenced between permanent residence, action was zero. As casual guests, we felt that the park management response (or rather, lack thereof) was woeful. Go somewhere else!
I subsequently received a claim from park management blaming a tourist for that disturbance. I do not accept this as I personally witnessed park residents involved; a tourist may have got involved but the initial threats if violence and vile language was by residents. Clearly, management would prefer to blame others for their residents poor conduct. My assessment stands.

We were camped along the river frontage at the back. There was some very large trees abutting the camping area. At approx 9pm one of the branches above our nominated small campsite snapped and sent a flurry of branches onto the car and awning which we sleep in. My partner had to jump out of the way of a large branch which slingshotted itself down and snapped one of the poles off the awning. A helpful worker came down to help and some fellow campers also came to check in on us. Shortly afterwards the assistant manager came down and we asked if there was any space for us to move to a safer location (whilst the large broken branch of approx 400 mm diameter was precariously hanging in the tree waiting to fall further). He reluctantly said he could find somewhere for us. Our neighbours who were elderly were also showered with branches asked if they could move and the manager was dismissive. Reluctantly and finally he found us somewhere to move whilst we all packed up in the pouring rain whilst all fearing the large branch would fall on us (but left with no choice as our car is currently our home whilst we travel Australia). Meanwhile, the river which ran near the campsites continued to rise as it had done throughout the day and all who were camped in sites allocated by the park had to start packing up in the dark and rain to try and evacuate the area in case the creek rose any further or one of the other trees broke. In the morning concerns were raised about the level of safety of the trees and the creek rising during rain. The sites were closed temporarily whilst the rain continued to come down but the managers were extremely dismissive of safety concerns we had about the sites. I sincerely hope that more consideration has gone into the positioning of the sites near the river as the trees need to be assessed by an arborist and likely removed and flooding issues addressed or at least a closure in heavy rain.

0/10 for customer relations.
0/10 for basic maths.
0/10 for future business development.
These guys wanted to stiff us $50 to trickle charge our EV overnight. An overnight charge at 10A uses about $6 of power, or about $9 at 15A. A caravan a/c unit uses this much. An onsite cabin a/c much more.

We travelled from Cairns to Melbourne. Some parks provided complementary overnight charging. Others had dedicated EV charge boxes, e.g. Wallbox. Van parks with powered sites have plenty of connected power capacity.

The Caravan Industry Association recommend park operators consider providing EV charging, saying “establishing EV charging infrastructure in caravan & holiday parks can no longer be considered a luxury feature; it is fast becoming a requirement, and likewise, it is critical that the sector address and understand the costs and benefits associated with EV charging in their cabins, villas, and powered sites”.

The operators here get a big 'thumbs down'.

What a great little park.
We stayed in a cabin and it was sparkling clean and tidy. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had fabulous hot water pressure and it was clean too. I liked the way the kitchenette was set up and the chairs and table very very functional.
The teen wasn't impressed with the single bed but I can't comment. The facilities included a pool and BBQ area. There were caravan and tent sites and a good looking ablutions block.
Not as close to the coast as I thought, but still 25 Min in the car isn't that far
