Wow, what a hidden gem! We recently stayed here while attending a wedding in the area, everyone was concerned about us having to get ready in communal toilets and they couldn’t have been more wrong. The facilities are modern and very clean, showers are spacious and plenty of basin and mirror space to apply make up and do hair. Powered sites are spacious, we fit 2 families on 1 site with a camper trailer and an awning tent. The local wildlife and horses kept the kids entertained and even the teenager stayed off his electronics our entire stay. Staff are friendly and communal areas provide plenty of cooking facilities for campers. We would definitely recommend staying here if your in the area.

This is a nice location with a beautiful dam to go fishing, kayaking or other water sports. The tennis court and pool were great for the kids and the lady at reception was very friendly 😀 This location is definitely above average. The downside is the facilities are lacking for the size of the grounds and not well maintained. Also the grounds were full of yahoo's wanting to party so not the most family friendly depending on your situation. $60 a night for an unpowered site is on the higher end and so i expected a $60 a night experience.

Brilliant.... I look forward to coming here each year for my Reunion.
Some of my friends bring their Caravans, and some (me included) prefer to stay in their great cabins.
Just got home and I am already looking forward to next year, going to also do the wineries circuit and have dinner at one of them.

This place is pretty cool. Very family friendly and dog friendly too. Huge place, a lot of space for camping. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin. It was pretty modern, very clean. Couch was not the most comfy so feel sorry for anyone who sleeps on it as it's a fold out. The pool was super clean and a nice communal kitchen next to it. Bitumen roads so kids can bike ride etc. Dam is nice and calm and quite clean. The entry to the park was very nice tree lined and tidy. The staff (who have only been there 8 weeks) were very helpful at googling local attractions for me and also allowing a later check out for us. Will definitely be back.

The Park is well appointed, clean and quiet. Friendly informative staff made the stay easy and relaxed.|Recreational fishers would find this a good site to lay back and take in the rural vista and bush landscape bordering the dam.
