I recently enjoyed the chilli eggs served with a roti at this spot, and while the dish was a bit on the spicy side, it was full of flavor. Ordered an Oven Baked Cookie Dough through Ubereats tonight, super excited since I’ve never tried and seems to be their best seller. It says they’re made to order, received it missing the ice cream, gotten through halfway of eating it and realised it’s not a choc chip cookie dough as advertised. They gave me a pancake instead. Utterly disappointed, especially it being my first time ordering from them.

When I walked in, a lady on a counter simply assumed that I am a Uber driver so I was not greeted at all. I had to clarify that I am here to place the order. Clearly told not to put Banana and strawberries in Next Level waffle as my daughter is allergic to Strawberries and still they put the both items which I told not to. What a low level service! I wasted my $25 for nothing. Will never walk in again as customer service is nothing but pathetic

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews!

Came here this morning at 10am with my daughter, friend and her son and we all had a wonderful brunch together

I got the avocado toast and a mocha frappe, my daughter and her son had the kids scrambled eggs and toast and my friend had the açai bowl.

All came out very quickly and everything was delicious!

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was great!

Will definitely be back soon 🙂

With the hopes of a nice afternoon pick-me-up, we decided to drive here. Wanting one of the cold cream lattes that the reviews say are good, we were told they werent available. Not the staffs fault at all, they asked around to double check.
Ordered a vanilla(less) latte and belgian mocha (quite decent) and a steak sandwich with fries. The drinks and food came out quickly, with the steak sandwich dripping in sauce. I dont mind sauce, but when all you can taste of a $25 meal is the sauce, it is not good at all. My gf was hungry, but she took 2 bites (one full of grissole) and put it aside. Not good at all.

We thought we would see why this place is always full... and we now know why. It is famous for its desserts and probably breakfast. But we had dinner. It didn't disappoint, but our loaded chips were barely warm, and for me, the salad was overdressed. The service was efficient, but we did feel there was a sense that they wanted us out quickly. We end on a high note as dessert was brilliant. It May be your vibe, but we think breakfast will be better, we hope...

Love ... Love .... Love ...!!! ..beautiful cafe has an excellent menu ... great food ..i had the apple crumble donut ..and to die for ... the BL**DY YUMMI Biscoff frappe .. sooooo delicious .. we also had the loaded hamburger fries .. did hv a word with management bout tweeking the dish a bit better .. i do hope they listen ... still was tasty ...gorgeous place good for a romantic date family outing or just grabbing a bite too eat ..do definitely recommend

Been here a couple of times now and been to a few other XS locations. All are very similar in service. They hire young and clearly don't train them overly well on customer service. On this latest visit we had to ask twice for the table we sat at to be cleaned from the previous patrons. The first time they took the leftover food away. We thought they would come back and wipe the dirty table but no we had to ask again only to be given a dirty look almost as dirty as the table.
No one behind the counter were interested in serving customers. All seemed annoyed to working and had no interest in communicating outside of the basic 'what do you want to order'.
This place always seems busy so they must do something right.
Oh and to the owner who reads these reviews, your responses to the negative reviews seem to be cut and pasted and don't seem genuine. I really hope you are taking the feedback seriously as I'm not the first nor will I be the last to provide similar feedback on your lack of service and negative atmosphere. Good luck as we will be trying elsewhere next time.
