Just enjoyed 7 nights at X Kirra apartments room 701 beachfront. Great views out over the beach and just across from lovely swimming beach.|Downstairs was an excellent coffee shop/ patisserie and there are several top restaurants like “Billy Chow” and “Agave Rosa “ and the new Kirra hotel within 200m.|Highly recommend this little gem if an area and great place to unwind for few days.

Great apartment, great views and great location, everything is walking distance. Staff are friendly. |Main bed was very firm . Single bed seemed softer , toaster was broken took along time to make breaky. Shower presure was soft. But very clean tidy and modern. Look forward to staying there again.

Spotlessly clean in a perfect location, across the road from the beach. Apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Everything you could possibly want , dishwasher, washer, dryer and alfresco dining on the balcony. And, the best ever coffee / patisserie/ homewares store downstairs

This year we had two of our sons and their families stay for 7 nights (children aged 9, 4 & 2). |My husband and I stayed for 14 nights. ||This is our 4th year in a row - 1 at Iconic Kirra and 3 at X-Kirra. ||We had 3 beachfront 2 bedroom apartments. ||The apartments are clean, bright, with everything we need, plus great balconies overlooking the park and beach. ||The - park and playground across the road, beach just beyond that area, quietness of Kirra, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, hotels and easy boardwalk to Coolangatta suit us perfectly. ||Wonderful and precious family time. ||We have already booked 3 apartments for next year. ||Can’t wait!!

A fabulous place to stay @ Kirra Beach! Beautifully appointed apartments with everything you need, spotlessly clean and ready to enjoy! The bed was comfy and we slept like babies. The balconies are so wonderful to use for your breakfast spot or drinks at sunset. Located across the road from the beach with great coffee and a bakery downstairs with lots of great restaurants and takeaway options in a short stroll away. The apartments are so convenient, just 8mins from the airport with secure parking underneath the building. Noise was not an issue and the a/c worked a treat! We love being here, the beach and chilled vibe is amazing. Thanks to Susan for fabulous customer service.

Unit 1102 was brilliant with even better uninterrupted views of the beach and snapper rocks. It’s clear it has been well maintained with beautiful internal decor, and easy walking access to all of the best restaurants in the area. Will definitely be coming back!!

Had a great stay. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. It was located in the centre of Kirra and was close to everything! Easy walking distance to Coolangatta’s shops and restaurants as well! Would definitely recommend staying here.
