The Work Collective has been a game changer for me the last 3 months I have been working here. I would highly recommend coming to this coworking space if you want an affordable alternative to working from home or driving to the city. No distractions, a great community of people, light filled beautiful space, and all the little extras like a nespresso machine that add to the whole experience. The owners are incredibly kind and hospitable too. I cannot fault this place!! I would recommend testing it out (with a 10 pass which is what I use), you won't look back.

I have only used the space once but I was really impressed with the layout and the office vibe. Reid was an excellent host who made sure I felt welcome and all my needs were met.

The facilities were great; I especially liked the "phone booths" where I could pop into a quiet space to take unscheduled calls; and this also helped keep noise down in the rest of the office.

I would certainly use this space again in future.

This space has everything you need for a great work experience: height adjustable desks, soundproof phone booths, comfortable chairs, light and space. In addition to that, Grace and Reid have managed to create a vibe that is so fun, collegial and inclusive that even from day one you feel like you're part of a team. It is an absolute delight to work there!

I recently signed up with The Work Collective after touring their impressive premises. The workspaces are well thought out and designed. The decor is light and airy which makes for a great working environment. Grace and Reid gave me a great tour of their facilities and were very welcoming and personable. I really like that they’re a young family business having a go and I’m happy to support them with my business and encourage other small businesses to check out The Work Collective!

I can't recommend this space enough. I find it really productive working out of this space. No toddler pulling at my leg, no distractions. The space is light, airy and with fast wifi, it has everything I need. I'm also much closer to home than a 1.5 hour train journey. Having WC here in Umina has shown my employer and my co-workers that working remote means I mean business - they see me calling them in the sound proof booth and they know I'm focused! Definitely worth coming to visit and giving it a try.

I highly recommend Work Collective. It's a great place with exceptional modern facilities, such as business-grade internet and a wi-fi enabled ecosystem. The space itself is bright, airy and quiet. The owners, Reid and Grace, are incredibly helpful and are always on hand to assist with any office-related queries. Don't think I'll WFH anytime soon.

Work collective is a great space to get work done from. Its so lovely to get out of the home office and into a such a bright and airy space filled with beautiful greenery and friendly faces. Grace and Reid are lovely hosts and make sure every detail of the space is perfect. Highly recommend.
