It is a great campground handy to Canberra and also to hikes and attractions in Namadgi National Park. Family friendly. Great shaded area and some nice spots in the sun. Book a spot online. There are a few spots suitable for caravans. Take some firewood. Remember to check local road and fire warning signs or the website on your way out.

A great spot to relax and recharge after a long, busy week. The toilets are equipped with hot and cold water, a much-appreciated feature during cold weather. The campsite is spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the serene surroundings.

Great camp-site. Ranger visits helped manage attendance and any questionable burning.

Looking forward to the Falls walking track reopening.

Sensational experience, family friendly spot with ample amenities, proper toilets, showers with hot water, bbq and very smooth drive and parking area. The highlight is the walk up to the waterfall and the small to medium pools to chillax, the water is very cold but worth a dip. Very picturesque walks at any time but if you are an early riser (especially winters), you are in for a feast for your senses.
P.s. You don't really need a 4WD, not even if you have to go slightly off the road, as the ground around is solid and it doesn't get overly muddy when wet. I was in a low coupe and had no issues.

A great spot between the nature reserve and the national park, right beside Gibraltar Creek. Perfect for a quiet stay in nature, getting up close to birds and kangaroos. Only two sites are really suitable for camper trailers and small caravans at the top. If you go too far turning can be tricky. Bookings are online and very reasonable. Woos Reserve is not far from the southern parts of Canberra. There are two clean amenities blocks, one with 3 minute timed hot showers. There are also a couple of walks starting at the campground and plenty of bbqs and picnic tables.

Great base for exploring Tidbinbilla, nearby Gibraltar Falls and the further-afield Namadgi National Park. A ranger comes by to check on campers, so make sure you have a legit booking.

Campground has toilets (incl. toilet paper), fire pits, communal covered BBQs, showers and wash-up areas.
Bring own firewood, kindling, etc.

Itโ€™s not the โ€œprettiestโ€ campground โ€“ the creek isnโ€™t within view of your campsite, and youโ€™re ensconced in a small valley with not much to look at except trees and other cars.
But the facilities are good, and the creek is just a short walk away when you fancy a dip in the cold water.

You can also tackle the 40-60min uphill slog to Gibraltar Falls, or get in your car and drive up to the falls (or other sites/walks, as we did).

Great spot! Only people with online bookings were allowed at the campgrounds. Facilities of fire pits, bbqs, toilets. Firewood is not provided, please bring your own. Bins are not provided. Toilets were not good. However, best for relaxing, you can go hiking at the top and enjoy rainwaters. Amazing views!

Beautiful little spot with nice camp spots, toilet blocks and showers. Pretty little creek. Dog friendly. Went out on a Saturday and wasn't too busy at all. Nice clean bbqs and seating areas too. The only thing that might improve this spot for me anyway, would be some sort of playground or climbing gym for kids, But it's camping so not a big deal as they do find things to do with a bit of encouragement ๐Ÿ˜‰
