Good location but not much facilities. Parking is not included if you’re driving to GC. The skipper the first day service after we had one night which was weird. There is no lift access to ground floor so you have to carry all your stuff up to the first floor to get to the lift.

I travel a bit for work, booked a room last nigh5 and called through this morning. I wanted to see if I could arrive earlier and book a car spot, the young lady on the phone was awesome. Was able to answer the questions and help me - great to see customer service still exists. ☆☆☆☆☆

The beds are comfy. The blankets for the queen sized bed are nice and warm. The location is good, for there are lots of shops across the street. There is a mini fridge in the room.

Air Conditioner was leaking water and making a tapping sound carpets had stains the bar fridge couldn't hold a six pack of beer bed bugs on both beds bathroom vent was full of dust room phone wasn't working went down stairs to reception to tell them about air Conditioner there wasn't a phone to use so had to use my own there answering server was nice and when i left Sunday morning the young guy said that the duty manager was not in so i asked for the assist manager and he said we don't have one and he said that he will get the manager to call me on Monday. Waited till Thursday rang and i explained what happen and she said that she won't do anything about and carpark was not included as she stated that you must book with us directly to get car park.

A male receptionist recommended us to park for free on the street in front of the hotel because the hotel did not provide free parking. We rented a car and stayed from January 26 to January 29. He suggested that we park on the street in front of the hotel for free from January 26 to January 28 and move the car before 9 a.m. on January 29. However, on the morning of January 28, we received a parking ticket for exceeding the time limit.

We then contacted Reception Manager Amiko to report the issue. While trying to resolve the problem, we requested to book the hotel’s parking space to avoid further trouble. Amiko kindly allowed us to park at the hotel for free and was very helpful and polite. She also assured us that she would follow up on the matter within the same day or the next.

After we checked out, we asked about the progress, but the Manager, Hnae, did not listen to our concerns. Instead, she asked us multiple times, “Do you have a driver’s license?” This question seemed to imply that if we did, we should have known about the parking rules. She further stated that the male staff member who gave us the advice was a local boy.

It is true that we are not locals; we were visiting as tourists and relied on the staff’s advice regarding parking. However, Hnae mocked our understanding of English, spoke rudely, and showed no apology through her tone, facial expressions, or words.

We also requested to check the CCTV footage from the day we checked in, but Hnae said there was no audio available.

This hotel was ok for a stopover but wouldnt want to stay here for a holiday. The room was tidy but it would have been nice to know on our arrival that it was a wheelchair accessible room as everything was low to the ground, which is not super convenient for guests who are not in wheelchairs. The staff were efficient but not super friendly & the breakfast options were pretty poor. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from most things but the neighbourhood feels a little shady & theres very little street parking if you didnt get a spot in the on-site carpark (which you pay extra for).
