Very disappointed with the cost of this high tea for the quality of food that was delivered. I think the best thing might have been the lollies. I took one bite of most things and left them on the plate. The dining room was so dark, you couldn't really see what you were eating. The decorations were lovely and that was well done. Absolutely not worth the money.

What an event!!! Thank you for making this happen. Truly a magical and gastronomical delight! The ambiance, the "wall to wall" food each with a wizardly touch and name... my 9 year old granddaughter had a ball...so much magic food and I enjoyed it too and I am a granny of 70... photo ops all around and unlimited beverages all with magical names and yeeesss champagne all round for the adults. A 10 for us... please don't stop hosting themed events like this... ignore the negs... you have created some magic for us thank you.

Absolutely dreadful. We left after 30 mins as the food was not up to scratch. This was like a very very cheap buffet. At a cost of $295 for a family of 3 kids and I would be surprised if we ate $20 worth between the 5 of us. Tables are in a conference room and all on top of each other and in the pitch dark so it’s hard to see clearly (maybe this was a clever strategy to try disguise the revolting food).

My booked high tea was cancelled without prior warning, we weren't told until we showed up for our session time. It has now been a month and no refund has been issued. Attempts in communication is like talking to a brick wall - emails remain unanswered and phone calls that are transferred to the relevant individuals are hung up. For an established, popular venue I would expect better.

Food was okay, we enjoyed the savoury options and scones. Atmosphere was abit dead. Nothing magical or wizards about it just some Halloween decorations.

Food was meh, tea and coffee were cold, no atmosphere in the dining room. Very expensive for what you get. Only 1 vege savoury option as well.
