The BEST sandwiches EVER! I happily drive 40 minutes to come here and can definitely share a sandwich with 2 people. And only $15!!! I love it. The salads also look amazing. In such a nice spot next to bakeries and cute shops

My son lived in Bulimba for years and said this place is an institution and I can see that. It's unpretentious and I like that, as many places try too hard to be trendy and "special". I had the breakfast special of two poached eggs, bacon, tomato and potato with sourdough and it was all good especially the eggs. Maybe a little sauce of some kind such as tomato salsa would lift it though. My son had his favourite corn fritters. Coffee was pretty good too. I see comments about the manager and she is brusque but was fine with me. Maybe some like being treated with kid gloves. On a Saturday morning there were not many spare tables even early and by 8.30 it was very busy so they must be doing something right.

Had a fantastic lunch at Willes Fine Foods! I do prefer the previous version of Chicken schnitzel, but the chicken wrap was amazing, so big! Other dishes we had the other day that stood out include the breakfast special, freshly squeezed juice and ranges of home made salads. Really busy afternoon, serving of food really easy, plenty of table at the outdoor area for us to enjoy our smoothies which was pleasant.

Visited Willes Fine Foods for brunch with a friend on the weekend. The owner was out and about making sure everyone was comfortable, providing recommendations for food, making sure people had enough to eat - he was so friendly and gave the place such a lovely, homely vibe. The food was absolutely delicious, and all the desserts available in the cabinet were freshly made and provided gluten-free options. They arranged to have the desserts sent out to us after our main meals so the ice cream wouldn’t melt - very thoughtful!
Overall, a really nice experience. Would definitely recommend, and plan on returning myself!

Still one of my favourite places to eat, salads are amazing, great choice of patties, quiches, slices, burgers for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Food is always fresh and reasonably priced. Their smoothies are great as well. I highly recommend having a meal here.

Food looks good and taste good. However the service is terrible. One person handling veggies and fruits with bare hands that will also be taking orders, running hands through hair and getting busy in various areas of the shop. Anything but hygenic. No air con or proper ventilation, very hot inside.

Unfortunately, I have to write my feedback here to be fair and helpful for others. Although I like this place, the service is getting very bad. Particularly the responsible woman that is managing the place. She is very rude to customers and advising them not to come back due to Her delivering what I ordered to another table. Instead of apologising and trying Her best what the customer wants, She advised me that She is happy for me to go somewhere. She has done the same for my friend 2 months ago and was so rude while He was just asking for the menu. Although He is an old client from 2006 he has been living in Bulimba

The food itself was fine, great value for money. Very oldschool which is nice to see these days. However, I'm leaving a review because of the woman who i believe is the manager.

My family sat at a table out the front and shuffled it slightly (10cm) so we weren't taking up the walkway. She immediately came out and was rude/abrupt to us because she spent "half an hour" moving it in the morning as the concrete is uneven and makes the table wobbly.

When we went to order, I asked if she needed my table number, she said rudely "I know where you're sitting, I wouldn't have been able to take your order if I didn't put it in 1st , people don't know how to read." Then said "there's a half hour wait on food". It ended up being a 10 minute wait, so her not communicating with the kitchen could've scared off potential orders.

I'm a venue manager myself, and the worst thing you can do is act like the customer is stupid. I was asking a simple question that required a simple response. Her attitude and overall demeanour was horrible. She acts like the customer is the problem. I always say "never attribute to malice, what could be attributed to ignorance or not knowing". Customers dont know the systems, staff do because they are there every day, dont get mad at the customer for not knowing. If I was the owner I would think twice before having her as the representative of my company.
