Booked a sauna session an evening in advance and then the afternoon of my appointment became quite ill. Called to let the reception know and was advised that I could obtain a refund as I was not from NSW and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. Almost a year later and I still haven’t recieved the refund despite numerous requests and recent email confirmation that she has received my emails.

Lovely place with excellent service. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is that there are no shower facilities. I walked to the centre and did not enjoy walking back all sweaty.

Very Peaceful, clean and charming place. the Sauna units are clean and smell great. The people hosting are lovely. I only wish they had more membership plans than just the unlimited a week.

After going for my very first time with infrared sauna and feeling so much benefit, I was hooked!It’s been really amazing for my immune system too. Bought a 10 session pack straight after. Love the professional yet warm vibe, and not in a busy area so easy to park & I feel relaxed. Great to jump into the beach in front of the place straight after if you have time. So glad it’s here. LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is a little gem of a place! Staff really friendly and helpful - I had lots of questions and they were happy to answer all of them. Everything so nice and clean. I would highly recommend a visit and enjoy a great sauna and a little time to yourself. The shop also stocks some great organic makeup and other items. I bought one of the sprays (I am .... inspired) and it is divine!

The cooled, scented towels provided post sauna session are a nice treat too!
I felt like I was on a wellness retreat from the minute I stepped through the door, thank you for a wonderful experience - I'll certainly be back!

A beautiful zen space. Always love my visits. Really helpful with my aches and pains from training and also helps a lot in the lead up to my period to combat endometriosis pains. Absolutely love their beautiful products they stock. A beautiful wholesome place that I’d recommend to all!

Nice place to relax. The spa area is well thought with the integrated sound system to immerse in your own mood. I missed a shower once I finished the session but still, it is within a walking distance to the beach so I went for a swim right after.
