Such a gorgeous sauna experience. Tasmanian timber and the vineyard view made it even better. Drew was a fantastic host making sure the fire was stoked, and we were provided plenty of water to pour over the hot stones. We had the bonus of it being a stormy, rainy day, and so the warmth of the sauna was even more appreciated. Can't wait to go back.

Sauna experience was beautiful and luxurious. Just had finished a big hike and the sauna was a perfect way to indulge after a big few days of walking. Beautiful view over a vineyard and the bay. Really enjoyed our experience and felt recharged after. The sauna itself really is a work of art.

We had an incredible time in the sauna while it was placed in a new location with a vineyard/hillside view. Plenty of buckets of cool water and a crisp breeze. Nothing better :,)

Hands down the best sauna experience I've had. Spacious sauna full of light, big window overlooking a private vineyard & bay view, cold splash bath, a friendly host, and quality wood heater making for a very toasty, decadent and relaxing sauna. Hope to be back again soon.

The sauna, with its gorgeous views, helped me feel the most rested and peaceful I have in a long time. I suffer from chronic pain and felt some gentle relief after using the sauna.
Drew helps first-time sauna users understand the techniques and health benefits.
I love the location with its expansive views and the clawfoot bathtub.
We enjoyed some drinks and snacks afterwards at Premaydena Hill Vineyard - highly recommend as well.

Having spent many years living in Finland and being a Finnish citizen, I am a lover of sauna and sauna culture. My wife and I always seek out authentic Nordic sauna experiences in Australia, and Wilderness Sauna was such a lovely one for us. It had a Tasmanian twist, using Tassie grown and milled timber, the stove was hot and serious pro level, and the service from Drew was top notch. It was a little low humidity, probably just due to it only being us using it that day - for those who like löyly, throwing some water in advance or over a longer time would help. We had a beautiful sunset to enjoy from the location next to the owners home. Looking forward to going again when the sauna is located with even more spectacular Tasmanian views. I recommend Wilderness Saunas to anyone who is keen on sauna with a uniquely Tasmanian flavour.

Had the best body and soul treatment with stunning view. Drew is always obliging and attentive to what is going down in the sauna. Slept like a baby for 11.5 hours ! Gold

A magnificent sauna hand-built by the owner. The benches are sanded to silky perfection. Private session with 8 friends was a toasty way to spend a cool Tasmanian winter evening.
