This place is truly a little slice of heaven! From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by breathtaking scenery and an incredible sense of serenity. The property is stunning—peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The house itself is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and cozy. Whether you’re lounging in the living area or enjoying the views from the veranda, it’s easy to feel completely at peace here.

I can’t recommend Wild Acres enough—it’s a gem of a retreat and one I’ll definitely be returning to. Perfect for anyone looking to recharge in nature’s beauty!

Simply breathtaking. If you're looking for an Australian oasis, look no further. Nestled into the hillside of unspoilt bushland, adjacent to Hargraves Lookout, there's really no reason to leave this spot once you arrive.
The spa, pizza oven, the fresh herbs from the garden all add to the charm of this getaway. We stayed for 3 nights and only left once. From bush walks to fires in the fire pit you will find endless enjoyment and relaxation here.

Staying at Wildacres is like living an Australian dream. Catherine & Kristian have created an AirBnb stay that is both luxurious and raw and rugged at the same time.

You feel completely connected to the land as you make your way through the private walking and hiking trails. Then when you end up at one of the two magnificent lookouts, you are left humbled and in awe at just how magnificent this area is.

If you’re lucky like we were, you might even have a wallaby or lyrebird spotting. My girlfriend was desperate to meet a wombat, but sadly not this time around.

We took full advantage of Wildacre’s chef-style kitchen, with everything you need to create an amazing home cooked meal. Or if you fancy dining out, Catherine & Kristian have prepared some fantastic recommendations for great restaurants nearby. We can personally recommend Cafe Lurline & The Bakehouse on Wentworth. Next time we stay, we hope to also take advantage of the bbq and outdoor pizza oven.

It was also really special to be able to enjoy an evening outside around a campfire, before taking a plunge into the hot tub whilst enjoying a glass of wine under the stars.

We’ve stayed at a lot of luxury AirBnb’s and Wildacres is truly one of the most special, where the feeling of design-lead luxury meshes so beautifully and naturally with the rugged wilderness of Australia.

We can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at Wildacres for a wedding which was in Blackheath. Wow, this place is sublime. We sat in the hot tub at night watching the stars drinking champagne. Rooms are awesome, kitchen is well equipped and open plan with a lovely living / dining area. It’s fully in the bush and basically almost at the end of a road that leads to an absolutely amazing lookout. There is also a lookout in n the property overlooking the mega long valley, which has stools and an old wine barrel for sundowners! Definitely going back in winter for the cold weather experience!

Absolutely magical! Such a special, beautiful place complete with private sunset lookout not to be missed. We love Wildacres and Blackheath. Both the town and the property are perfect for relaxation or adventure.
