We worked with Jacqueline and Wild Heart Weddings to coordinate our wedding in October 2024. The whole experience was so easy, from the first phone call where Jacqueline took the time to ask all the questions and get to know us and what we wanted from the day, to the final event. Jacqueline was a superstar in recommending suppliers and solutions to all the planning and logistics things that pop up along the way, keeping us and what we wanted front of mind all the time. Our venue was a DIY so having her as our coordinator was invaluable. On the day her and Nick were amazing. We didn't have to worry about a thing and our day went off without a hitch. They would check in throughout the day and make sure we had everything we needed and let us know what was coming up next. I would highly recommend Jacqueline to anyone planning a wedding, she is friendly, happy, efficient and will be a huge asset to your day. Thank you Jacqueline!

Jacqueline has been helping plan my wedding with me for over 2 years now. The build up went so smoothly, because Jacq managed all the supplier comms. Jacqueline was so thorough through planning stages and I was reassured that everything necessary was considered and she guided me through it every step of the way.

Her main coordinator (Nick) was there on the big day and he ensured that we did not need to worry about a thing! The day was so seamless and ran perfectly to plan. If we had any questions, Nick was there to assist and action our requests.
