Pushed out because a Staff member Ava was bullying my 5yr old daughter....
My then 5yr old daughter attended here term 2 of 2024. She was having a great time but on around her 5th lesson the young instructor Ava started picking on my her. I left it and the next lesson Ava started being bossy and picking on her again, it was obvious to see and i actually heard her trying to blame my daughter for pushing a girl when they were close to where parents sit, i had seen she didn't and the other girls said she didn't. This time I politely asked what the problem was, she told me my daughter was being rude to her, a 5yr old girl who also does dance and karate and is nothing but a beautiful little girl and never been accused of being anything than lovely. I politely said "oh really, what did she say?" Ava turned her back and walked away. I reported to the front desk and the floor manager Ariel came to talk to me with a note pad, she took no notes and wasn't interested in listening to me at all.
That evening my daughter was very upset saying Ava was always picking on her so I rang and requested to speak to someone as the front desk lady Deborah didn't care either, she actually suggested go to phoenix.
A lovely lady Amanda rang who was quite disgusted and mentioned they were trying to fix things as it had been quite a toxic place for a long time. Ava had also lied to them saying she had just told my girl they couldn't play the floor is lava now, as my daughter asked if they were that day..
We changed my daughters lesson to another day but after a few lessons I was told Ava would be instructing that class, so we changed again to Saturday morning and seen the term out..
Just before the 3rd term started I received an email saying Ava would now be teaching the Saturday lesson also and once again suggested I could go to phoenix and if I do make sure I change the insurance over instead of paying again, so nice of her...
I replied with "Ok, so when does my daughter came now? I have not received a reply since.
I rang Amanda, a member of the board who was sorting something out and getting back to me which has never happened..
My daughter asks me every few weeks when she can go back as she loved the activities and I don't know what to say, it breaks my heart..
I've heard numerous stories since, All I can put it down to is my daughter being half Asian, which Ava didn't like and me being a solo male parent who politely stood up for his Little Prince.
If your children go here please keep a close eye on them.

My son has absolutely loved doing the Gym Fun classes as an after school activity, as well as the holiday clinics in the school holidays. He has also come so far in 2 terms with his confidence in his physical ability. Always big smiles the whole time. Highly recommend.

Went to the fund raising Bingo night on Saturday. The enthusiasm was palpable, the caller did a fabulous job. It was a lot of fun and I hope you raised good funds. Thank you

Great processional and relaxed atmosphere . I feel comfortable leaving my Autistic daughter here so she can develop and learn with her peers. Wonderful place , wish I had found it sooner
