I visit my mentally ill daughter occassionly who suffer with schophenia ,she's under mental health& NDIS.She on disability pension. The cabin @ the White Rock leisure Park Skull Rd. is appalling roof leaks, where she sleeps, water runs down her power point, flooring are rotting, aircon not fixed, kitchen sink tap need hot water & the cold water tap need fixing, 😡My daughter told the manager constantly he said he'll see to it but to no avail. She pays $200 weekly from her disability pension. 😭💔Her father and I are gravely concerned for her safety. Its now 2 yrs+ since renting there. 😢💔Accommodation in Cairns are limited so she has to stay there under those living conditions.😭💔When she moved in there was no frig,no oven, electric jug in the cabin.😡 My husband and I had to buy her a frig & portable oven, electric jug.😡Please something need to be done. If anything happens to our daughter we will take action.

I recently stayed at the White Rock Leisure Park and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The park itself is very well kept and has a variety of activities available, making it a great destination for families. There are also some great restaurants and shops nearby, so you won't have to go far to find something to do. Overall, I had a great stay at the White Rock Leisure Park and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay here. Stayed in a cabin with a kitchenette, and a shared bathroom. The palm trees everywhere give you a great view, and with the sounds of the birds you won't forget you are in the tropics. Cool off in a nice clean pool when it gets too hot. The place is under new management, and I didn't see any of the problems that I read about in other reviews. Very friendly service. Plan ahead if you choose this place, its often booked out. Lots of long termers here.

This was budget accomodation so expectations were not high.. and although it was basic it was also comfortable and had a good friendly feel to it. I enjoyed the tropical feel of the park.. lots of flora, animal noises etc. I recommend taking good insect repellent as there was a lot of mossies and ants.. but thats the price of staying amongst greenery and nature and to be expected.|The pool is small but clean and liked by my son. I could see many people making the most of the BBQ facilities even though we did not.|The cabin was well equipped although small.. however when considering the price this is reasonable.|Overall im happy with our stay there and give 5 stars based on what you get for your money. We would go back.

We stayed for two nights in one of the older style villas (villa 47). We booked last minute and I think that was all they had left. Cabin had a double bed, bathroom, kitchen with two hobs, two bunk beds in the living area, a table and a couple of sofa chairs. It was quite crowded and a bit mish mash. It didn't feel very clean. The campground itself looked like it was full of permanent residents and looked quite run down. We didn't feel too safe there. The area around the park looked quite run down too. ||For the price, it had all we needed and was cheap. ($65 per night for 2 adults). However, I wouldn't stay here again.||Stay there if nothing else left and just looking to get your head down.

as a sporting group consisting of 5 adults and 5 teenagers we had 3 family villas. they were clean and tidy and excellent value for what we paid. the pool area was very relaxing and clean, the bbq area was what you would expect for budget accomodation with adequate seating and cover from the elements for our group. overall we had a very pleasant and relaxing time which we feel contributed to our successful results in the AABL national titles. we would stay here again. thank you from all of us at the barossa boxing club tasmania.

Quiet place, good prices (we stayed in a family cabin) but air-conditioning wasn't working in one side of cabin, lady at desk said it was new ( it was quite old) so had to leave adjoining door open so other a/c unit could cool both rooms, wasn't ideal and didn't cool well (stayed over Xmas so was hot). Could be a really nice place if the cleaned up some of the residents sites, old buses falling apart and ratty caravans with torn canvas annexes and old cars rusting away. Pool was nice and clean, bathrooms and laundry need some cleaning up, overall for less than 80 bucks for 3 ppl a night, an overall pleasant experience.
