We held our ceremony at White Chapel in November last year and it was an absolute dream! The venue itself is stunning and the photos turned out beautifully. The staff were also so amazing and helped alleviate any stress I had. They went above and beyond, overall making the day run so smoothly!

White Chapel Kalbar exceeded all our expectations and more, the exceptional team at white chapel catered to our every need and made every dream a reality. We went for an all inclusive package and it just made our day that much easier and smoother. This venue is like a fairytale and the wonderful staff there are the cherry on top! I wish we could go back and have our wedding day all over again. Cannot rate this gorgeous venue highly enough.

Our wedding venue and staff were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable.

First off, the attention to detail was impeccable. Every little aspect was carefully considered and executed flawlessly. It was clear that the venue staff took great pride in their work and wanted to ensure that everything was perfect for us.

Firstly, the great communication we had with Kassi over email. Her attention to detail and ensuring that all paperwork and planning ran smoothly made the whole process even more enjoyable. It's always a relief to work with someone who is responsive and efficient.

Not only did everything run on time, but Ange, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She stepped up when needed, taking control and ensuring that any hiccups were quickly resolved. We were especially touched when she went out of her way to get roses for my pops' memorial chair when I completely forgot. She truly is a gem!

Ange also went the extra mile by checking in at the Hermann house before the wedding to make sure the bride and bridesmaids were comfortable and had everything they needed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly cared for.

The chapel itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The ambiance was perfect, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere for our ceremony. It was evident that the venue staff paid great attention to detail when setting up the chapel.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly cooked, and the pork belly was hands down the best I've ever had. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how tasty everything was. The venue's culinary team truly knows how to impress!

The bar staff were also amazing. They were kind, attentive, and made sure that everyone's drinks were topped up and that everyone was happy. Their friendly and professional service added to the overall positive experience.

The amenities were clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. It's always a relief to have access to clean facilities, especially during a special event like a wedding.

And let's not forget about the beautiful garden. It was meticulously maintained and added a touch of natural beauty to the venue. It was the perfect backdrop for our photos and provided a serene atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the bus driver. They were so lovely and helpful, ensuring that everyone got on and off the bus safely. They also took great care of my grandmother and drove with utmost caution, making sure everyone arrived at their destinations safely.

Overall, our experience with the wedding venue and staff was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the beautifully decorated chapel to the delicious food and the attentive bar staff. The amenities were clean and well-stocked, and the garden was maintained to perfection. The bus driver was also incredibly kind and took great care of everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better team to make our wedding day so special. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience! 😊🎉

Everyone was lovely, communication was great, the total price was quite costly though considering its on the smaller side when it comes to venues.
Me and my ex separated and called off the wedding, please be aware it is in their policy they won't refund you the deposit even though this venue still had a year until our wedding date. I just think that's absurd and plenty of time to fill the spot or refund some of the deposit, hence my 3 star rating.

We just had our wedding at White Chapel and we cannot fault a thing! The venue is beautiful, the staff were extremely professional and helpful (especially Ange and Kassi) throughout both the planning stages and the actual day.

White Chapel was the perfect place for our wedding. The chapel, gardens and Black Hall were set up beautifully. The staff, led by Ange, did an excellent job to make sure that everything went smoothly with no issues. The food was exceptional with plenty to go round.
All our guest were very happy with the service, reception and staff.
The communication prior to wedding helped to make it a wonderful experience on our wedding day.
Would highly recommend White Chapel to others.
