The West Ryde Hotel offers a pleasant and satisfying dining experience with its laid-back atmosphere and classic pub fare. During my visit, I enjoyed the chicken parmigiana, fries, and a beer, which together made for a hearty and enjoyable meal.

The chicken parmigiana was cooked perfectly, featuring a crispy breaded exterior and tender chicken inside, topped with a generous layer of rich tomato sauce and melted cheese. The fries were golden and crispy, serving as a great accompaniment. The beer selection was commendable, providing a range of options to suit different tastes.

Visited the pub a few times. Steak is average (think the quality of meat isn’t great) however chips & peppercorn sauce were good! Bar staff are friendly and helpful, the beer garden is outdoor and relaxing. Some nerdy people were playing board games. There were also two large dogs in the beer garden, which was great to see.

-5 if I could. I couldn't eat or drink anything as they don't offer any alternatives for dietary restrictions. I let there starving. Not even coffee they serve without lactose. They also look down at you if you ask for alternatives. Bring your own food and coffee if you have to attend events there.

Workmates and I regularly enjoy a sunday lunch here. Great food and pleasant atmosphere.

Nice food, good spot due to location and nice courtyard during the day. Drinks a bit pricey. Happy hour would be ideal to attract after work crowds

Cooked own steak is a pretty good deal! but its so sad about the rest of the food was not worth paying good money for, my wife order the battered fish and chips not happy the person at the register forgot to give me a buzzer so buy the time they figured that out and got the food out the chips were cold and they were the really thin french fries, the fish looked like a kids meal three small pieces which ment more batter and less fish the salad dressing is bottle french dressing not good enough when you can do better at home!
unfortunately won't be back!

First pub in the Ryde area to come up as dog friendly, then we’re happy to serve a round of drinks with the dog in plain sight. Then force us to leave immediately without the courtesy to allow us to finish the drink very deceptive advertising and rude way to handle a mismanagement on the part of the venue disappointing experience

Fair enough bar, sometimes I feel too old & sometimes I feel too young to be here. Always a friendly enough crowd, hot bar staff ?, the restaurant is on-par with standard for this part of the world. Im a fan of the heritage style, outdoor foxtel viewing. Beer is expensive everywhere. Not too dodgy. Fair pub always been good to me.
