Quality of the prepackaged takeaway food is poor considering within a hospital any fresh food is questionable serving size of salad including the price is unacceptable.
Overpriced with drinks all starting over $6 where is the real fresh food as stated .. chips were expensive cold and dry with excess oil present. Cheese cake small serving not especially nice too heavy less serving than a bakery provides.

May try again recommend checking if really convenient and is truly fresh can purchase cheaper elsewhere.

Ordered a small BBQ Meatlovers pizza around 6pm and it took around 20 minutes to cook. They now cost $12, not $10 like advertised on digital menu board. The crust was nice and thin but floppy. The toppings, BBQ sauce and cheese tasted ok. Not the best Meatlovers I’ve had but it does beat the majority of hospital food provided for patients. Overall 3.5 / 10.

It is a very busy place and I fully understand that not everyone is having a good day but when you take an order make sure you actually listen to your customer for their full order and not just what you want to hear. I asked after I paid where to wait for my coffee so I wasn’t in the way but only to find out after 10 minutes he did not even put my order through.
I have used the cafe twice in the last 2 days and both days I was served by a male and female both rude and abrupt. If you don’t like the job then get out!! To the girls making coffee This morning thank you it was spot on and your bubbly faces made it worth it.

The rude woman serving coffee should be fined for being in the hospitality industry, her manners are appalling to say the least.people attending hospitals are usually under stress, anxiety etc...her shouting down at clien's because they opened the wrong fridge is just unacceptable. Poor form, oh and if you are not standing in the right area you don't get served.....hmmmm!
