It has taken us a few days to comprehend and reflect on how amazing and incredible Saturday was…

You were simply incredible from the 1st day ? I first called you asking for a quote in January’23 and deep down I just knew that this is the venue. We ceased searching for other venues immediately and I said to our family “this is it!” We chose this venue partly because it met our needs but primarily because of the person that we were dealing with ?

Kayla you have been unbelievably adjusting, understanding, accommodating and incredible ? including giving us floor plan options, meeting with us in person and video call countless times to have the wedding and reception of our dreams ☁️ and going out of your way to get the exact food to the exact specifications that we wanted etc. We needed for example egg free naans made in a tandoor and you delivered on a whole other level. You called up restaurants in Liverpool and placed an order with them for naans and dessert. ? That is unheard of!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your customer service has been impeccable ? and we can’t explain how seamless everything went only because of you as the project manager and your team

You get us and nothing is too difficult. The attitude of ‘sure, I can do that’ is hard to find. ? you were my left and right hand ?

On the day everything was so so perfect ? We didn’t know what to expect because our married friends gave us tips saying that things are bound to go wrong so just go with the flow. But can I we tell you everything went soooo smoothly only because of you and your leadership and direction ?

We will time and time again recommend Weddings at Warwick for all functions, events and stays.

I'd give 5 stars initially, but gosh! you guys should put a small table with seats for external staffs somewhere in the corner (for photographer/videogphraer/firework/MC etc) , like all other receptiosn do. Our entire team have to be standing with our sore legs for the entire 4 hours of receptions.
