The worst neck massage I've ever had. The masseur used only one thumb to lightly rub my neck, even after I asked him to apply more pressure. It wasn’t until another masseuse spoke to him in Chinese that he actually tried a bit harder — but by then, it was too late. Honestly, even my 5-year-old grandson could have done a better job! He then told me I should’ve chosen to lie on the table instead of sitting in the chair. I've had fantastic massages in the chair before, so that’s no excuse. He was just plain useless. I will not be coming back.

Terrible experience. The masseur was on his phone the entire time, massaging with just one hand. I specifically explained that I needed a lot of pressure due to tight muscles, but it was completely ignored. Feels like a total money grab. Save your money and go somewhere else definitely do not recommend!

My massage therapist was on his mobile phone so only massaging me with 1 hand. I said something about 15 minutes in and he said no but then started using both hands. Gave me an extra 5 minutes then apologised for the disrespect.
Also they advertise the price $40 for neck, back massage and I asked is that for 30 minutes all their prices on their front sign she said yes, then I was charged $55, when I asked she said $40 for 20 minutes 🤔🤔 $55 for 30 minutes even though I asked. They don’t speak good English so they use that as an excuse. Not happy.

Highly recommended! Had remedial massage on different occasions by the same therapist. Not disappointed. The place was recently renovated, it's bright, clean and private. Background music could have a little softer. Happy overall. Will come back again.

Best $35 I’ve spent in a while! 😍 I came for a neck and shoulder massage, and the lady was quite professional. I felt so relaxed afterward. I will definitely come again.

I have been a client of this business for many years and my preferred masseuse is Jenny. 5 Stars for Jenny, professional and polite.
But today I was faced with a $20 increase in prices and a very rude front counter man who demanded payment up front; I have always paid post massage. When I queried the increase, he said that because I was using my health fund rebate, they charge more. When I questioned this he was rude, kept talking over me and simply talked and talked making no sense at all. He then let me know if I never came back that was OK. When I chastised him for his comment he quickly changed his tone, but simply would not stop waffling on and on. He is definitely not good for business. I have 2 other friends who have stopped going there, one due to the WE massage management not honouring a free massage entitlement after accruing 10 massages on a loyalty card, and one who was spoken to rudely as I was.
I expressed my regret to Jenny and left the encounter.
I would have thought an explanation, politely given, would have been more appropriate. Sad to say they have also lost this customer.
Very ordinary gentleman today.

This is a brilliant place to have a massage its clean and tidy and the staff are 2nd to know I have been going there for a little while now and I still keep going back as I feel so good and relaxed and the staff make you feel welcome everytime you go there I would highly recommend this place for sure and I see the same person everytime and she is brilliant.
